One of the best biryani I ever had...the juicy chicken with all grains of rice having the best aroma. They serve you the biryani with rayta.
This is a must visit place for a biryani lover.
It is affordable and online delivery is good because of the packaging.

This small little eatery in Colaba is very much difficult to find and can be easily missed as its past colaba market but before sasoon dock very close to INS Shikra.
But don't let the small place fool you the food and the classic vintage ambience of this place full of artifacts on the walls will wow you like no other.
The authentic Mughlai food on offer is delicious

An absolute gem of a place! Succulently cooked and full of flavor, this should be in your list of places to eat... Cooked in copper pots, the food is healthy and wholesome.. I highly recommend the thali here, along with it being a fulfilling meal, it's generous on the wallet.

1.Paneer Kurkuri Tikka
The name says what it tastes like, wth nice taste of spice.
2. Sarson ka phul
Flavoured with sarson and taste is very good, first time I liked broccoli
3. Aloo cheese roll
Best combo of the two, there wasn’t too much cheese and had lot of flavor.
4. Makai Mutter Methi Malai
The balance of flavours in this was extra ordinary, really liked this

I had the chance to visit this place recently, and after hearing about them from my friends, I couldn't say no to the opportunity when I got to come here. The place is a bit small and simple, but it's something I expect from a small eatery like this.
I got to try their Awadhi Thali, which was something that I had been looking forward to. My expectations were met, I really liked kebabs, it was very moist and melted in my mouth.
They also have their signature dal bukhara in this, and the daal is so good, you'll lick the bowl clean.
The chicken korma had the taste of chicken well in the curry, and the spices really made the chicken amazing.
The Biryani in the Thali was my favourite, so good.
I would love to order food from here again.
Visited this place for dinner, and I hope to go back again soon. One of the best restaurants in Mumbai to serve Mughlai food that will please you to no ends. I loved all the dishes I had and would recommend to people I know with my eyes closed.
The service, for being a relatively small eatery, was amazing. The staff were polite and open to feedback, knew the menu well and were good at suggesting the dishes I might like. Really made me happy as they were very attentive too. Had a smooth sailing dinner experience.
The food is great too, I had the Awadhi thali that was excellently made and presented, every part was just too good, with the Daal Bukhara being my favourite of them all. I was a big fan of how it was made and when I asked them they patiently told me the process, which was quite fun too.
A really good place to visit for those you to visit with your family, as well as friends.
I visited Mumbai and was living with family when they wanted to order in one night. After seeing the good response they had, be and how good the food looked, we decided on this kitchen. The menu is very vast with a lot of options when it comes north Indian food and mughlai cuisine.
Today I'm gonna talk about what I ordered and review those dishes.
Malai paneer tikka, paneer makhani roll, soya keema roll, and paneer tikka biryani.
Malai paneer tikka was exactly as names, cooked great, and loved it. Paneer makhani roll was also good, nice amount of paneer. I normally prefer soya chaap, but the soya keema roll was heavenly.
Paneer tikka was very good too, they don't act cheap with paneer and spices, very tasty.

This outlet of The Charcoal Kitchen Is Located at colaba and is a dine in restaurent unlike the one in khar.
This is a quite decent and normal restaurant near the taj hotel
the seating is decent and is also the restraunt is kid friendly .
one of the bigget tension in the city in mumbai is of car park and here free parking is available
the food is also good and the taste is amazing
the spices are truly amazing and are properly falvoured making the food taste better
You also get thalis here if you do not wanna do A-la-carte
What i tried
1. Paneer kurkuri tikka: Paneer tikka with a bit of cruchy(kurkuri) taste and proper spice
2. Palak aur paneer ki bhurji: a truly different paneer bhurji with palak also cut into small pieces
3. Aloo Cheese Roll: A regular cheee roll with dum aloo fillings and a lots of cheese
4. Paneer Tikka Biryani: regular paneer tikka biryani just as all other restaurants but with some extra spice
5. Tandoori roti: same as all roti made in tandoor
6. Gulab Jamun: Tasty gulab jamun with a lot of chasni(sugar syrup) which is truly amazing to eat.
Food - 10/10
Service – 9/10
Ambiance – 7/10

What stands out: Slow cooked dishes
Came here with a friend on a weeknight to try their Awadhi thali, as recommended, and couldn’t be happier. The place is fairly small but has decent bit of seating. The service is excellent.
The kebabs in this dish were too good. The curries in this thali were out of this world, they weren’t overloaded with oil but still packed a massive punch of flavors. The best part about this is the daal Bukhara, the creaminess and flavor due to slow cooking makes it my favourite. The biryani was also fluffy and perfectly cooked. Truly one of the best thali one can have.
We called for the following dishes
1. Veg thali - 9/10
2. Daal Bukhara - 10/10
3. Paneer achari tikka - 9/10
All in all, this delivery kitchen cum eatery will knock your socks of when it comes to the food

On time delivery. Food was hot when it arrived. Good taste.

1. mutton adraki chap - I tried 1st time, mutton was not cooked properly. Taste was ok.
2. Murg Laziz Handi - it was green curry and taste was yummy.
3. Fish Tikka Biryani - perfect taste and Flavourful
4. Gajar ka Halwa - this is my favourite dessert and it was delicious tasty
