You have to walk a little to reach this legendary and popular sweet shop but it's totally worth it! I was in Mahim and craved the iconic Mahim Halwa, also known as Ice halwa; when the first result that Google showed was this adorable little shop. Fresh delicacies at a completely reasonable price! The taste is simply wow ❤️

MUST VISIT PLACE 😀
A legend of a place which is innovator of Mahim Halwa. Though they have some other sweet deserts, this is what everyone goes for. It's a rustic place located in the middle of Mahim market. I have tried a few other sweets from this place and it's all been good, but their Mahim Halwa is unique and everyone's favourite.
This store is in this location 60+ years best sweets, quality products wouldn't choose another store for products sold here.
I have been buying sweets from here, since the time I realised what sweets are, an absolute gem of a place to buy genuine traditional sweets with superior quality. Also, the owner himself is so sweet that you would want to come back to buy more sweets every time 😀..Do try if you haven't yet, I can bet my life, you won't be disappointed.
Serving this halwa to Mumbaikars for last more than 250 years with same flavour and taste and texture. It's almost more than 10 generations of Joshi family catering to our tastes.
