I must admit that it is one of the best Public Sector Bank. Very prompt service. Accessible staffs. This bank even provides all services for a minor account too like Debit Card, Cheque Book, Internet & Mobile Banking, etc. I recommend everyone to open an account in it if you are looking for a PSB. In case, if staffs are not able to solve your problem (which is quite rare), Email it to their Departmental Heads in their Headquarters at Nariman Point, their email address is easily available on Union Bank of India's Website and then your problem gets solved within hours if it is a business day.
