We had Anand special thali which was pocket friendly and tasty too.. a typical Marathi thali was served with a great taste .. service and staff was good..

A small udipi in the fort, where you can expect a homely and heavenly food without pinch in your pocket. Also with some good service .A handy pick place if you are travelling from CST
Average place for food. Service is bit slow. quantity is ok. Price is ok. Yet not happy with the place. I ordered lunch thali that was ok. overall average experience.

This is a small udipi restaurant, situated at walking distance from CST as well as Ballard pier. How is it better than other such places? They have amazing chutneys which is very important when you are eating south Indian food. Also, for some reason this places let's you relax and enjoy your food while you chill with your friends unlike a regular place where you would just rush. Don't miss the S.K.pakoda and the buns, I haven't had these anywhere else!!

Anand Bhuvan relives the old Bombay charm when SoBo eateries used to be at their relaxed best, when the morning office goer would hop in for their cuppa and brief chit chat just before stepping into their offices.
Anand Bhuvan is at the crossroads of Ballard Estate and old Fort market and still commands a loyal patronage now mostly during lunch hours.
VFM serving lunch plates also, go for the bhaji of the day with soft chapatis and lassi.
Snack time for idlis, Dosas and the staple Medu wadas..
And if you just want to have a little extra after your idli or wada plate , here they also serve a single idli or wada to take care of that wee bit hungry feeling..
