Utsav restaurant and bar is one of the oldest restaurant cum bar in wadala.. This is small restaurant with good staff.. Even though the restaurant is small the ambience is good and maintained.. Overall it is good.

Love the food here, my favourites are stuffed chicken biryani, golden chicken,butter chicken ,patiyala chicken, chicken chilli milli.
Sai bhaji in veg and paneer mutter is worth tasting
Good quality with good quantity food there. The arrangements of reasto are good. The service providers are good enough.

Ohh the food here is top notch.
Many a times I have visited this place only to savour on the delicious food. Especially the chicken kebabs and tikka biryani.
Prawns is also well made.
They used to make the best Lollypops in the entire radar/ matunga / wadala region. But not anymore. Way better than sainath located nearby . and leaves behind many 'authentic Chinese ' restaurants behind.
The waiters are very friendly. And till now never experienced any hostility from anyone. Good place to share a quick beer or two with a buddy, on the cheap
One of my most favourite and most ordered Restaurant. Love the Garlic channa fry ,mad over it .
Chinese is also very good . Highlight being the chicken tikka , chicken tikka biryani , chilly chicken and the triple shezwan rice !
If you want to have a full stomach meal.and at a low cost thisnis the place. I was studying engineering at Vjti which is stone throw away from his place and that when I first got to know . looks shady and a normal run down the mill bar largely with men having their pegs
What this place has more that alcohol is super emotional connect for me, the chakli chutni is to gorge for, butter kulcha and lime soda and paneer masala are super and a regular for me and my friends. The staff serves the mean very courteously, has a small TV to keep you updated of score if there is a match. Sit in the AC section, and go with your guy friends. A strictly guys only place and you won't be disappointed. Don't expect high fi stuff, have the chakna without the alcohol, food which is economical. After passing out after 7 years too we happen to gang up on this place and re live the old memories.

Chicken moghlai and chicken handi is awesome. Quantity is quite good for the heavy value of rs.185 and their veg stuffed naan is best naan I ever had.
Awesome Chicken Tandoori...... Go for it. Basa Tikka fish is also gud. Patiala chicken is another option if you luv masala studded chicken....

Got just enough money and want to satiate you hunger over a couple of drinks? This is the place to go if you are in Wadala or anywhere nearby wadala station.
Why would i recommend this place over few others in the vicinity.
1. It is less noisy than most of the bars in wadala, yes you can expect shady crowd all drained up after a day's work grabbing a drink to recuperate themselves, but apart from that you wont find noisy folks as such.
2. People DO NOT smoke here, there is no restriction levied by the management but somehow people are courteous not to smoke here may be. Its a plus
3. The food here is not extraordinary on any basis. I mean they do justice for the price they are quoted on the menu card. But one thing that can hold a plus point for this bar is you get the same food in terms of quality as you would find in a couple of bars nearby, booze is really cheap. Plus they have a variety of chakna available out of which corn chilly is something that is superb and should be tried!
PS: if you are looking for 'ambiance' as such, this is not a place to visit for sure. But if you wish for a place with cheap booze and just okay food to go with it without denting your pocket much, then this is a better option.
Great place in Wadala East surrounded by a sausage corner and wine shop. Staff is very attentive and proactive to give their best service. Lot of regular locals share table and their day here.Try their corn and peas chilli, lip smacking food. Basa Tikka is finger licking good. Or else once you are through with drinks , try the sausage corner just outside. They sell hot and tasty frozen food and sausages.
