Good residential location where market and all in walkable distance

It is one of the first buildings made in this residential complex. The people here are calm, fun-loving and easy to go with. I've been living here with my family since the past 20 years and I've enjoyed every single bit of it. The square foot is comparatively smaller than the usual houses one sees around, but with a little bit of planning it could look real good.
