I had a very good experience at the hospital. It is a hospital with a difference. A 5 star hospital. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and attentive towards the needs of the patients . The hospital is well maintained. . Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses are not only knowledgeable but skilled as well. They are courteous and polite. They answer to the queries and keep the relatives well informed. It seems cure and care is their motto. The medical equipment and technology used in the hospital are of higher quality. The facilities are great. It is accrediated by NABH. I would like to thank specially Dr. Aniruddha Trivedi. He is dedicated and committed to his profession. His concern towards his patient is foremost. He leaves no stone unturned to treat his patient. No compromise with it. He laid the foundation of the second inning of my husband. I had a phenomenal experience with Dr Aniruddha Trivedi. He is very knowledgeable. He is a true asset to us. I strongly recommend him for any cardiac surgery. He is a true gift to the medical community .

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the hospital and Dr. Akash Shukla and Dr. Muffazal Lakdawala. I have been a patient in HN Hospital, and I have always been impressed with doctors, their teams and hospital's professionalism, responsiveness to queries, compassion, and dedication to patients. I got operated here under Dr. Muffi (as we fondly call him), he is always patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. He is also very knowledgeable and always explains my condition in a way that I can understand and in my language. It never felt that he is using medical words which i don't understand. I have never felt rushed or like my questions were unimportant. In addition to his medical skills, Dr. Muffi is also a very compassionate person. He always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, even when I am feeling sick. I know that I can always count on Dr. Muffi and his team to provide me with the best possible care. I am so grateful to have Dr.Muffi as my doctor in HN Hospital. He is a true asset to me. Here are some specific examples of Dr. Muffi's compassion and dedication: * When I was first diagnosed with Gall stones, Dr. Muffi took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He also answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt comfortable with my treatment plan n undergone surgery under him. * Dr. Muffi n team always available to answer my questions and concerns. I can text or email him/her at any time, and he/she always gets back to me promptly. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor n surgeon. He is truly a gift to the medical community. Place was clean and the staff was polite. Even though during the chaos of visiting hours, there was a sense of calmness in the hospital. The security team was very helpful and supportive too right from the parking lot all the way till the patients room. I also appreciate the discipline followed in the courteous manner. My mother was there for two days for her knee procedure and was very comfortable with the doctors, nurses, support staff and everyone who she interacted with. They focus on patient comfort and is one of the few hospitals that will want you to get discharged as soon as possible. No matter what time I went there, they greeted me with a smile. The food for both patients and attendant was sumptuous and had great taste. Swapnil from the catering team, Pawan from patience support team and Vaibhavi along with other dieticians ensured the right food was given to my mother. To summaries, HN has transformed from what it was 15/20 years ago to the Sir HN Reliance it is now. Thank you everyone to taking care of my mother and ensuring surgery went well. God Bless.

All the services were good by RFH staff including F&B ( Rahul & Praful ) and services by PCA staff. But although F&B services can still be improved more on basis of Clearance and delivery time. Rest All is Good. room 1610

Previously it was Sir Harkisondas Narottam Hospital and after taken over by Reliance Named as Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital for all types of Medical Facilities. Old Building is like Heritage. You are not allowed to stand in the Lobby. Hospital has got 2 Wings with 19 Floor Building with different categories of Rooms, very Neat and Clean. Security Staff are from Nepal and Darjeeling a available on Each Floor. You can order food using their App and it will be delivered in Patient's Room.
