The Great Indian Dhaba

We had gone to celebrate my wife’s bay and it was a good experience. Service is a bit slow even though it was an afternoon and there weren’t many patrons it took quite some time to get our order. We ordered Chicken Tandoori which was good. We had also ordered butter chicken which was nice ( Recommended). Rogan josh was too oily and we asked to remove oil from the same, the mutton was not as well cooked as I would have liked. We ordered Fresh lime soda and I liked it (it was a bit less sweet but when I asked them to add some sugar syrup it was perfect).

Located in Oshiwara, we tried the Great Indian Dhaba for a weekday lunch. I was in mood for some amazing North Indian cuisine and this was a perfect pick. The first dish we tried here was Narm Dil ke Kebab made from paneer and veggies mixed in spices and fried. They were quite chatpata and i really would recommend these. Next we tried the Pudina Paneer Tikka, it had the proper bhatti smell and tasted amazing. For mains, our server suggested us Kadhai Paneer, which was perfect balanced spicy cooked in tomato gravy with capsicum and onions flavoured in ground spices. The quantity was good enough for 3 people. I would suggest garlic naan along with this sabzi, it goes really well along with it. Nothing is better than Kesar Lassi with North Indian food for lunch. Lassi was perfectly sweet and thick and in good quantity. For desserts, we had the hot gulab jamuns topped with dry fruits. They served 4 jamuns dripping in hot chashni easy to make anybody drool. Overall it was an amazing experience along with the hospitality and excellent food.

This is located in Andheri West. The Ambience is good. Sitting arrangement is comfortable. The Place cosy. We had gone here for dinner. The staff is friendly. We had Ordered a few starters and main course. All the dishes have a authentic taste. The quality of food is good and hygienic. The quantity is also good. A nice place to have dinner and spend time with family and friends. We had a good eating experience. Ambience 5 Food 5 Service 5.

⭕THE GREAT INDIAN DHABA⭕ Today we were at this amazing restaurant for lunch serving Maharastrian, Malvani , Mughalai and North Indian cuisine dishes worth craving for! LOCATION - This restaurant is situated at Oshiwara at Andheri west and can be easily located. AMBIENCE- Well the Ambience has a Traditional Indian decor with all the Artistic features and cozy look with dim lights all over and a lot of minute eyecatchy decorations with Live music and comfortable seating indoors as well as outdoors. We totally loved the Ambience. STAFF & SERVICE- The service staff was much kind and courteous and helped us ordering the best dishes of the restaurant. They were attentive as well.The service was prompt. They also made sure for our perfect dining experience. FOOD- No doubt the food is remarkable in taste, quality as well as quantity.Every dish had a distinct flavour, taste and texture and was served hot. We tried and liked many of their dishes mentioned below. OUR ORDERS- BEVERAGES- 1) MASALA CHAAS- A traditional Punjabi Chaas with all the digestive spices in it served traditionally in a Huge Copper glass of chaas.It tasted extremely yummy and refreshing. And was fulfilling and quiet heavy. 2) RED BULL - This energy drink accompanied well with the dishes we ordered. STARTERS- 3) MURGH TIKKA- Well this dish was recommended to us by the staff and we loved it! The perfect marination of spices within juicy soft and tender tandoored chicken chunks and a tinch of lemon juice on it! Yummmm, I still remember the mouthwatering taste of this dish. You cant go home without trying this one for sure . Highly recommended. Every bite of it was delicious! 4) LUDHIYANA MURGH TIKKA - This is also one of their most ordered appetizers which is traditionally served in a copper tandoor pot🏺with fumes coming out. The tandoored chicken was soft , fresh, juicy and tender. A medium spicy dish but worth a try. MAIN COURSE- 5) MURGH TIKKA MASALA WITH BUTTER RUMALI ROTI - The spicy drooling buttery taste of this dish took our heart and tasted more better with the roomali roti. The chicken chunks in it were perfectly cooked and tasted yummy. A dish worth recommending! DESSERTS- 6) KESHAR STUFFED GULAB JAMUN- Cute soft and fluffy gulabjamuns served completely hot in sugar syrup and dry fruits on it was a perfect dessert to end with! Totally loved this dessert overall. In all it was an amazing experience. I would suggest one to visit here at least once for treating their tastebuds with their scrumptious dishes and to experience their service. Its a place worth visiting with friends and loved once! Need to tell you that this place is just lit and you can enjoy the vibes over here. Firstly coming to ambience - Ambience as I said is very lit and everyone is going to love this. Place is decorated with so many decorations and themes like their ceiling is of lights, then their theme is like complete Indian village which itself is a great vibe. Their small lanterns then good lightings are just amazing. Also you have an option of Outside seating and indoor seating. Secondly and most important is food, which was just amazing and very tasty. What all we ordered? 1. Irani Paneer Tikka 2. Tandoor Stuffed Mushrooms 3. Virgin Pinacolada 4. Strawberry delight 5. Butter Naan and Garlic Naan 6. Chholay Rawalpindi 7. Kesar Stuffed Gulab Jamun Both the starters were good in quantity and also presentation was very beautiful and yes taste was just amazing and drool worthy. . If you love coconut, pina colada is your choice and for all others fruit punch/ Strawberry delight is just worth a try. nothing can beat that. Also virgin Pina colada was yummmy and it was made up with vanilla icecream. . Main course oh my god was very huge in quantity and taste was just best. Chholay pindi if you all know is black chholay which was very tasty and were properly cooked. We took Garlic Naan and Butter Naan with main course and both were worth the price of just ₹40/45/- . Dessert is what covers everything. And their kesar stuffed gulabjamun was just way amazing and perfect in taste. . Also I would like to thank Mr. Mehbub for serving us quickly and being extremely friendly and helpful for clicking pictures and also whole staff who was very friendly, to let me take video of making of their mocktails and also helping me in that.
