today we had dinner in JP palace.we enjoyed lot &whatever they are servicing in oriental pavilion combo was awesome very tasty food.staff are really helpful they are always ready to serve.& shankar chef,kumar chef & chines kamal chef.i really love the food.i remember few names Akash & Hapin they are always smiling face.thank u for everyone.thank u JP palace.we will visit again
Ala carte here is really bad. However I'm giving it a 4 star only because of its buffet. The buffet is really good. The service is good too.
We went to fortune Jp palace for lunch. Really very helpful staff mr.sanjay f&b manager arranged a good at oriental pavilion.Chef vijay suggested tawa fried prawns which was really outstanding .chinese combo was really excellent ( value for money). Personalised service given by mr.pattanaik and mr.Anil.He suggested to try wine along with pomfret really that was superb thanks to service team
Every time I plan for Mysore, I land up selecting this hotel to stay.
I have known this place for about 4years now and their food quality has been very good.
The breakfast buffet spread is good.
This time I felt the service quality had gone down.

Omelet, The omelet cheese and onion one which I ordered was too bad.
Service, Requested multiple times, but did not get the food and tea from live counters.
Let me just get straight to the point I would have given a better rating had the service been good.It was utterly slow ,the cutlery and plates took forever to arrive on the table.The glass was not clean apparently it was a used glass which the replaced .To compensate that the served us free dessert but I dont think it validates any kind of minimum hygiene.Anyway the spread if the buffet was good. But by the time almost every platter was empty thus I was served on the table of whatever I wanted.My husband ordered a mutton biryani which was not bad either.Hope they improve on the service will definitely visit again then.
The place is so small n Very little ppl can accomedate here... approx less than 30 ppl.... Here food ws so tasty... ordered dimpsons, flat noodles n veg gravy wit almonds n ginger.... dessert also so yummy...
