This place undoubtedly serves the best Butter Chicken I have tried so far. It truly lives upto the dishes name, filled with loads of Butter. Unlike what you get at other Restaurants, the Butter Chicken gravy here is made with butter. My trip to Delhi is imcomplete without a visit here. Not for people, who like good ambience. Do visit this place for some delicious Butter Chicken. You can also try the Firni here.
Heaven for non veg. lovers. From tangdi to Tandoori, you get the most scrumptious chicken here. Being situated in old city, there is lack of space & it is always full but it has a reason for it. Must try. Totally recommended. Worth the money. You won’t be able to forget that lip smacking taste of chicken ever.
Oh what a specialty. The most exotic actual BUTTER chicken is here. It's just smoked chicken in a gravy made with pure melted butter and a li'l curd. That's what this place is famous for and oh boy does that taste heavenly.

Me and friends stayed hungry the whole day so that we could enjoy chicken in butter.
Well, the outlet is huge and has got 2-3 floors with an open sitting terrace area.
It was Saturday night and it did take 15-20 mins to literally capture a table.
Even before we could order we were given the world famous butter chicken( soft and juicy tandoori chicken dipped in melted butter with curd ) with rumali rotis.
We ordered for seekh kebab as well ( this again is worth trying )

They were beyond amazing , it felt like heavens bite honestly. Would 110% recommend to go and try the butter chicken and seekh kababs. Although the chandni chowk crowd is crazy they are worth it.

As you can see in my pictures, its chicken floating in butter!! The best butter chicken available in India imo. Located near Jama Masjid this place is inside one of the lanes, very famous. And famous only for butter chicken. I'm sure you will agree with me after having tasted the food here. The phirni at the end is just so satisfying and delicious. Pet puja at its best. 10/5
Personally I was not a big fan of roasted butter chiken but liked their butter chiken somehow. Not clean and ambience is too crowded.

Extremely crowded place since it’s the most famous place in this area. You will always find this place fully packed. Avoid visiting at peak hours or weekends. But most importantly food is worth all the wait. Butter chicken is a must try here.
Always crowded, expect seat sharing. Good thing is they have good management and enough space so distribute customers. Tried their famous butter chicken with roomali roti, wasn't disappointed. It's literally dipped in butter so if you are health conscious please avoid. Quite economical. Would visit again. Worth it.

This is one of the old gems of old Delhi, their butter chicken (not traditional butter chicken) is USP. Which contains lots of butter and roasted chicken with some masala. It is a bit sour and not very spicy but has a unique taste. Now they have one more new outlet at JAMA masjid gate no. 1 which has a good seating capacity. You can enjoy their butter chicken with rumali roti. On weekends and holidays, you will find a big crowd there so have some extra time.
A very very popular place near Jama Masjid mainly for kebabs and different food items as well. A very busy restaurant. One has to wait for nearly 10 minutes to get a seat in this restaurant .
Their kebabs were just awesome. The pieces of kebabs were very soft and juicy . It's a must try restaurant in Delhi !! Highly recommended !!
Aslam chicken has fame in old Delhi. This restaurant is located in a street infront of Jama masjid. The staff is good and helpful with the very quick service. As they are in huge demand the hygiene in terms of sitting would be less.
Coming to the food part they had few options which includes Butter Chicken, fish, chicken seekh kebab, biryani and few veg option. Butter Chicken is majorly in demand. We have ordered half butter chicken, half plate chicken seekh kebab, paneer tikka along with rumali roti and cold drinks.
Overall, the food is quite good and you will love it. I used to visit them on frequent visit and if you are a non veg lover you will fall in love with them too.

The place is good for delicious kebabs and butter chicken. The quantity and quality both are very good even though a half butter chicken is sufficient for two people. The service is quick and fast.
At times there is a waiting to get a seat but they have a good and big seating capacity on the 1st floor.
The total bill was 550 for two people which is decent and the quality is best. For sweets you can try many shops outside.
Great chicken. Too much butter and less on other flavours. Be careful of your belongings around this place. The service is very fast and they accept digital payment too. Of course the chicken is overpriced.
Aslam's famous Butter Chicken is worth trying. The Butter Chicken is delicious albeit extremely unhealthy. There usually is some wait in between batches where food is served. The restaurant spreads over mutli-stories and is kept relatively clean. However it does tend to get bit over-crowded and chaotic.
