This is my second time at Baoshuan and I am impressed with their food. Everything we had was on point, tastes and textures were very good. The dim-sum was well presented and made - one could make out from the detail in the wrap. The service was phenomenal and noteworthy is the manager who quickly arranged a cake for one of us who’s birthday it was. He understood it needed to be a surprise and was delicate about the situation.
The one thing that I did feel was the lack of innovation in the food. One couldn’t close their eyes and say that they hadn’t tasted the flavours before. In this era of competition and innovation one needs to bring out something in their food that stands apart for good reason. circle of friends on golf course road serves the same food at one tenth the price. Given that the cutlery and crockery is better here, the food still has to shine.
So this was the second time I visited Baoshuan so early when I visited Mr. Rahul Gandhi (congress president)
Was having his meal with friends and second time Mr. Rajeev Shukla ( President IPL) Was having his meal so this is the place in centre of delhi with VVIPS and best part is authentic chinese with level apart presentation and services so keep it up food was yum with flavours of authentic chinese
Great Oberio hotel has maintained their vision of conceptual restaurant for the food lovers
Keep it up
I had an incredible experience. The administration was exceptionally mindful without being meddling, and guaranteed we had an essential experience.Chicken was good.Crispy noodles did not taste that good.Vegetables were served appeared as though ut was served in sweet corn soup.Though the staff was extraordinary helpful. The feeling was great with an all around planned inside space. The staff are affable and the administration is expeditious.
The sustenance is particularly great and simply like the unadulterated and heartfelt nourishment of China. The Ambience, the nourishment, the friendliness, the way of life of Oberoi is unavoidably to the Standards of the gathering of Oberoi. We request mushroom bunds only an incredible advancement ,similar to the delectable Chinese sustenance here.cheers up to gourmet expert Vaibhav soni and group baoshuan. The area and view from this territory is extremely decent.
Went here a couple of times for lunch and it was fine. Nothing great but may go back. Desserts are limited but what we had ( bananas and all in a chocolate dome) was good.
Went to Baoshuan for a quiet dinner and ended up meeting the Michelin star legend, Andrew Wong there. He was specially curating meals for everyone. We ordered their signature gin drink (which came with liquid nitrogen in a teapot) and started off with some honey lotus stems and mushroom dumplings. Both- wow. My fan girl moment happened when the chef came outside and spoke to us. Being a veggie I didn’t know how to what to order as pecking duck is their speciality. But he did his signature dishes (carrot puff and pecking duck) in a vegetarian version for us! Loved it and totally going there for an authentic Cantonese dinner again.
Baoshuan: The real Chinese treasure delicacies, Smiling faces and The Oberoi hospitality.
Menu has varied options from dim sum to maincouse. It was my anniversary and well taken care by Tashi, Ajay and his teammates starting from hostess to chef.
Liked the Wild mushroom steam bun,it's taste and presentation on green grass was amazing, Shanghai chicken dumplings having with soup spoon and taste amazing.Work glazed honey lotus root was nice and crisp and Wasabi prawn skewers was the best with excellent wasabi on it.Pork ribs were amazing. For the main course liked the Peking duck London was well served the way it should be, crisp and tastes amazing.
Grilled Bekti five spiced beurre noisette I liked the most. Fish was fresh, no smell, well grilled and the sauce five spiced in butter and a touch of lime.
A special thanks to Tashi,Ajay and team to arrange a nice rose bouquet with a delicious cake🍰.
Would strongly recommend it to you all, one the best Chinese restaurant in city. Fairly priced, nice food and excellent hospitality.
On the outset, had gone in with low expectations , due to disappointing fare and service at the renovated 360. We started at the al fresco bar and the drinks were fun, potent and instaworthy. Must try the sharing cocktails. The vibe was infectious but pollution forced us in soon. We were celebrating a birthday at baoshuan. The chef Wong take in a classic was different but sweet. The baos were a stand out . The asparagus was very basic for an oberoi restaurant . The attempt at being made to feel special was well appreciate tho the service was a hit and miss . Worth a try for the drinks , view ( if the smog is not blocking ) and oberoi care.
While the service , ambience and overall experience here was good .... the food was average... we tried pretty much everything on the vegetarian menu .... miss the good old taipan
A small group of us (8) had the tasting menu which was fantastic. They are able to accommodate Chinese dishes to ensure all faiths can dine (no pork in pork dishes) and of course amazing vegetarian options.
Will be back for the Sunday Brunch.
Overall it was a good dining experience with family. The service was great and staff recommended different dishes for family (which we picked). One star less as the food left us wanting for a bit more flavour and freshness. If the restaurant is associating themselves to be Michelin inspired, then the food quality and flavours need to be extraordinarily unique as well.
Fantastic ambiance for a great dining experience! Staff are very courteous. The dishes are very nicely served . Chef gives attention of minute details on food . All in all an amazing place to dine
After a couple of drinks at the Cirrus, we decided to have dinner at the Baoshuan. The food was excellent. Lamb in pepper sauce was a discovery! Perfectly cooked in a robust sauce with melt in mouth softness. Slow cooked chicken also kept the gastronomic journey on the high. In keeping with our Indian tradition, we rounded off the dinner with ice cream. We left with a promise of repeating this experience.....
Amazingly high quality food and delightful service from Cem, our pancake in chief. The duck pancakes are stunning, very very highly recommended! In addition to this, we had the belly pork which was simply delicious. Great service and knowledgeable staff, you can’t go wrong!
Recently stayed at the Oberoi Hotel
in Delhi & decided to eat onsite at Baoshaun as we were tired & didn’t want to go out. It was the best decision!
This restaurant was a gem…..so much so that we ate there again on our return to Delhi before flying home.
First time we decided to have the tasting menu. OMG….I could believe the amount of food that was served. Every item was delicious & it was amazing value for money for the quality.
On our return trip we ordered off the menu & the Peking duck was a highlight…..chefs kiss! Both times we ordered the cocktail that came in the teapot….so unique & it went really well with the food.
The service was impeccable & nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
The best tasting dimsums and Chinese cuisine, all served in excellent ambience.
We came here to have some exquisite Chinese cuisine and were not disappointed. We had ordered the unlimited set lunches with alcohol.
The dimsums (starters) were served hot and they kept coming in a steady stream, various different types of dimsums both veg and non veg, chicken and pork etc, all these were excellent.
The main course options are many and we selected one veg and non veg dishes.
The choice of alcohol varies from beer to wine, including whisky. We settled for Gin and tonic for the starters and white wine for the main. The dessert comprised of ice creams.
The staff are very attentive and particularly helpful, and have good knowledge. They also suggest suitable alcohol choices to complement the food
We will be definitely coming here for another round of lunch.
Our overall experience was excellent
I had a wonderful dinner in this beautiful restaurant. Friend of mine took me there to celebrate my first visit to India! It was a full on experience. The food was magical, perfectly match wine and absolutely amazing staff. Please have a quick look below.

The service is impeccable as always , the food was good too, the view from the corner tables are to die for…
