My favourite destination for Persian food in Lajpat Nagar, enjoy the authentic Afghani, Uzbeki & Persian food here .. from Koobideh to Bakhtiyari & Zereshk Polo to Qabuli Pulao this place offers all required for a tasty Middle Eastern meal experience.. the food is served with Afghani bread on the side which goes great with afghani Rajma 😍 staff is very polite and friendly and owners are lovely people 😊

THE BEST Jujeh Kebab I've ever had in Delhi! MUST TRY! Jujeh Kabab, an Iranian dish that consists of grilled chunks of chicken. This is one of the most common and popular dishes of Iran. It is common to marinate the chunks in minced onion, lemon juice and saffron. You guys have a regular customer from now onwards!!!

I basically have nothing to say about this place as well as a lot to say. One of the best places I've ever been to. The food was so great that I visited it the next day. This is my go to place now and will always be. Some of the dishes to order are the chopaan kebabs(mutton and chicken), kadhai chicken, lamb kubedah and please do try their pita breads. The softest I've had in my life. They just dissolve in your mouth.
The service is very nice and so are the people. Great seating area too. Must visit.

The place has good ambience, once you are there you feel like you are in some middle east country. So it was first visit and I tried Mantu Afgani which was basically kind of momos and it waa avg in taste. Then I tried Choppan chicken kebab, it was amazing. And at last tried Qabuli pulao so its basically mutton pulao served with Rajma curry. Mutton was perfectly cooked.

We ordered three dishes out of which bbq wings and chaap were soft and upto the mark of taste. The two drinks we ordered were also awesome. Loved the ambience. Loved the food. Loved the people of chopaan. Good service. Enjoyed the evening. 4.5 from us.

especially their iranian items on the menu are amazing!!
absolute fav of mine Lamb Koobideh!!! must try.
PS: only for those who appreciate non spicy flavours because its authentic , don't confuse it with mughlai cuisine/ indian.

We had the Afghani rice, Mutton Kebab and Chicken Korma, and we really liked it. The food was very tasty and they could adjust it perfectly so it had no onion and garlic. I was happy that I could eat here glutenfree, lactose-free and without garlic and onion. Thanks!

I would recommend: Mutton shashlik, which was really light with garlic and juicy at the same time. Gabali palaw was really soft and mutton was really juicy. Have quite variety of seats.

The food taste decent, won't give high ratings. The traditional pulao and Al faham tastes well but very different from Indian and lot of people were not finding it attractive. The prices are on the lower end even as compared to Indian restaurants. The ambience is very nice and can be visited for once and further if you like it. This restaurant is not as popular as the Afghan Darbar just opposite side of the road
