Matt has the personality that makes you want to hug him. Although I was somewhat apprehensive about orthotics he put me at ease the very first visit I had with him. Yesterday's visit, Dec 6 was to pick up my shoe inserts. Just like our first visit he was very professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the inserts before leaving his office. As an older person it's a comforting feeling observing that with Matt I'm a real person not just a name on his appointment list.
Everyone who works here is so kind!
Dr Bienz is a great doctor and surgeon and Stephanie from the surgery center is the best person ever! She is friendly and hilarious and she is so good at making you feel comfortable when you're having a surgical procedure done. More than happy with the care I've received here!
I’m a horse endurance rider that rides long distances of 25-35 miles in the Rocky Mt. & Heather is a distance runner, she understood what I needed to do to return to fitness to be able to ride. She & Jill were most helpful for me to heal my body from my back surgery 1/3/23. I’m riding BALANCED in 2 & 1/2 months & am most grateful especially since my age is 78. They gave me exercises & stretches to maintain my fitness. They listen well, respond appropriately & are empathetic.
I cannot say enough great things about Lori! I wish I could assign more stars! She is totally awesome - she is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate.
I LOVE working with Lori! She helped me get my knee back up to speed quickly, carefully and without pain. I am continuing her exercise recommendations at home - working with her has made a significant difference in my daily mobility and quality of life. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking physical therapy!
First off i wanna say thank you to all the staff that took care of me during my surgery today 9.22.23 but i mostly wanna give my thanks to (( Ashlyn )) ! Girl you made me feel welcomed and attended to every need i needed, You kept checking on me often and always asked if i was okay. you talked with me and that's a huge plus. You are such a sweetheart and if you read this, you know exactly who I am. Also thank you to my doctor Matt Fournier for my surgury and for everything you do. I without a doubt know that everyone else who comes in contact with bone and joint will experience such a warming welcome !
Dr. Harris was very professional wanting to help without surgery if at all possible. Everyone was so helpful and there was NO waiting. I had to finish the paperwork after I’d seen the doctor!
Great care provide. He made us feel comfortable with treatment options. Really great bedside for both parents and child.
Very courteous Radiology department and clinical staff. The provider was kind, explained everything and I felt comfortable knowing I would be working with him.
I gave them a 4 because the front desk member that worked with me was not as welcoming and friendly. The co-worker that was with her was.
I haven’t necessarily had my appointment yet, I’m sitting in the lobby. Some guy was insulting the people at front desk and calling them incompetent because their system glitched and didn’t give him a phone call before his appointment, and they handled his belligerence and disrespect with kindness, professionalism, and tact. I think they deserve this positive review, and props because they handled customer service and care with more grace than I’ve ever seen at a facility.
Dr. G., is an amazing, talented, doctor. I was overwhelmed with the fact I needed an ankle replacement. Dr. G was supportive, compassionate, and personable. Definitely would recommend!
