what can I say. This place is ideal for healthy food, good variety, great atmosphere and all around a place to be. In my last 4 weeks of palolem, not a day went by that I wasn't here. you could almost call it home. I miss the food and the boys already! absolute recommendation
One of the healthiest cafés in and around Palolem beach. They serve all vegan and vegetarian food. Though prices are on the higher ends, the portions do the justification. Their coffee and raw bowls / wraps are recommended.
One of the best places in India! The food composition is well thought through, coffee is perfect! Would love to live in this restaurant and eat the whole menu!

Loved the smoothiebowls here. Great staff. Had breakfast two times and dinner once here. It was very tasty each time. Had fresh fruit and raw vegetables for the first time in India. Great food safety
This place knows exactly who it's target market is with healthy tasty vegan and vegetarian food . The menu is smaller than the beach shacks and focuses on doing their particular style of food well. So whilst every shack has offerings when you want quality juices, smoothies, healthy cakes, quality salads and tasty varied western style vegan/veg mains this is one of the few good choices... Well worth a visit if you're in Palolem
In my opinion, this is the best cafe in Palolem. Their coffee is excellent, there are a variety of types of milk, the food is delicious, the place is clean and tidy and the staff of the place are all amazing people. We went back there every day during our stay.
I visited Nireas quite a few times in my one month stay here in Palolem-Patnem. I tried different smoothies, coffee breakfast options.
I personally liked their Wake Me Up smoothie and also their Chicken Wrap. Coffee was amazing too. The soup was not great and the salad was okayish.
The service though was top notch as they really are very attentive and give you the best service possible.
My absolute favorite restaurant in palolem was Nireas. The food is amazing (fresh & super healthy), the staff is so lovely and professional & the vibe/ atmosphere is so chilled and relaxed. You can literally spend all day in here. Loved spending my time here 💜
My favourite place in Palolem. Has a really cosy part at the back which is great to read your book while you grab a healthy lunch. Would 100% recommend trying the homemade ginger lemonade!
