Perfect place if you want to experience Goan food, with outdoor and indoor seating. A selective menu of Goan dishes and decent beverage options as well. Friendly staff and quick service! A great hangout for a peaceful evening with friends. Bhindi Kurkure is a must try!

So here we were on our trip to Goa!
We all were searching for some good restaurants and finally got one.
Taverna was worth searching on maps and we had the amazing dishes!
We ordered these non veg dishes and the ambience was so beautiful!

A lovely little bar at main road of Panjim towards Miramar. Extremely warm environment, fantastic service( In goa 10 on 10). Had superb live DJ with some outstanding groovy music and some cool Cocktails. Please do try tgtbt shot called - B52. Try some local food and lovely ambience. Must do on Wednesday night specially if you around Panjim.
Lovely place to spend an evening. Good food, music and the service too. Enjoyed the cocktails. The selection of food is great like beef assado, chicken peri peri, tongue as well as sausage Palau.
It was amazing when it used to open till 3 AM in panjim. late night parties in taverna are good. Though less choices of food in menu. Although I liked the ambience.

Perfect place for night lovers. Good food, good music, amazing ambience, staff are generous, groomed well. Varieties of beer, cocktails and various types of sea food. Have outdoor seating with smoking zone. Prior reservation is accepted and would recommend during weekends. Value for money. Clean restrooms.
Tavern is just another pub in Panaji.... Jus like many others they too have live music .. the food menu seems lil limited but not the drink menu.. Boneless Chicken Piripiri is among the best starters you'll get here...Chicken cafreal is average... The ambiance is nice & cozy... Perfect place for a some drinks and starters with the right music in background. Worth a visit..

Good ambience, good selection of alcoholic beverages and a good mix of crowd. The in house band that was performing was quite impressive and the food from a place like this was a pleasant surprise as well. My only gripe with this place is if you're calling it a pub (I'm not sure they are) the music should not be louder than the din of conversation, it should be the other way round. Other than that, it's one of the best places to visit for a drink and a bite while listening to great music while you're still in the city!
Hep place. Love the retro scene here. Specially the food from the Picante kitchen is amazing and really on point every single time.
Very nice place to dance, have a drink and chill. Forget about having a conversation, it is too loud.
Has a great crowd there on most evenings, specially weekends. Music is great too, there is DJ playing most nights. The drinks are well priced and well made. Food is pretty darn good too.
If you don't want to sit in the air-conditioning, then there is a outdoor space upstairs as well. But this space seems to fill up quickly with smokers.
