A prominent business centre in the heart of the city. It's reasonably well maintained. It can be accessed from any direction meaning it is single piece of plot and roads border it from all sides. It has a variety of businesses such as art gallery, chip level testing shops, jewellery showrooms, computer showrooms such as syscon, Asus, Dell and others. A variety of small businesses dot the building base as well as eateries.
All good offices. Full of good shops but place is a bit dirty. Building is not well maintained.

Alfran plaza, I went there in search of Internet Cafe. Plus At a time, I was curious about the Jobs in Europe-Austria.
So I wanted to visit the Consultation office before my friend arrived.
But the Oversees Consultation place was not there in plaza.
But on first floor, The internet cafe do exist and which is very Good.
BTW Lifts are too shady and building was Dark.
This is a commercial property with has many office and shops. Holds doctors clinics, IT servicing and services, and other professionals operating here. Has 2 elevators working mostly. Clean and pretty well maintained.
No parking allowed for customers or visitors. Has a security 24/7.

Afraid Plaza was a great experience when I went for ISKCON programs and meet a doctor Vetanova as well. The Homeopathy clinic gives results.

It is a busy place but it has a number food shops ranging from pav bhaji to waffles. The location also has all major amenities such as medicines readily available.
