Yes galwati kabab could have been a little bit less spicier( less chilli) compared to what i actually had at lucknow.
Wat i actually found poor was the packaging - it was not at all good.really need to improve packaging..its better to dine at pukhtan than order

If you love buffet and can eat a lot this a place to must visit. Starters are just awesome even for veggies but main course fails to impress me. Dessert was not so good as there rivals Barbeque Nation.
The decor is nice. The ambience is pleasant. The buffet menu is decent at best. The starters are way better than the main course. The mutton was kind of sweet which i dislike. The chicken biryani was flavourless. They generally serve the buffet on the table which is kind of disappointing

On 1st of January, for New Year Celebration, I had been to Pukhtaan with my family for lunch. I would like to thank the waiter named as Deva who served us very well & for the quick service. We had sichuan lollipop, chicken biryani, mutton dum biryani. The food was good & very tasty. They also gave us complimentary paapads. The ambiance is good for family & friends. I tried veg Biryani, aalu boonda, dal makhani and in desert you will definitely love mini gulab jamun, firni and many more. Courteous staff with friendly nature. Good place to have good foods in Patna. Vag and non veg options available. Good seating space with wooden floor.

I went there with my family. Each of us have different taste buds but everyone enjoyed their food.
The starters are really good. If you are a big foodie, then I will recommend you skip the main course and order 2 starters :) We had chicken seekh kebab and galouti kebab. I absolutely loved Galouti. I can go there just to have them :)
In main course we ordered Mutton Rogan Josh. It was kind of ok. Service is nice.

Great ambiance, fabulous decoration as the name refers( PUKHTAAN). The food is a mix of continental, Asian and Indian cuisine with amazing quality of taste.The flavors were so incredible and the staff werejust wonderful and so caring towards our needs. Also different food festivals with different concepts is going on in the restaurant like( Dal baati Choorma, Papad mangori ka shorba( Rajasthani dishes) & chatni Podi( South Indian) are really amazing to taste. Really welcoming and a wide selection of food to try.

They on special request served with cucumbers and chatni and I personally loves eating cucumbers and once I tried eating both together and it is one of a idea of me to eat Momo's, anyway I liked it and still can feel the taste on the tip of my tongue. Lol
