An amazing South Indian gem in Aundh! Highly recommend this place. During my 2-day stay in Pune, I visited for breakfast both days. The spacious setup accommodates various groups - from morning walkers to office-goers, families and tourists like mine. The food quality is top-notch with a variety of fresh, veg South Indian options. The filter coffee is a must-try, and the simple idli and medu vada were outstanding. Sambhar and dosa portions are generous, with the option for refills. Stick to the regular South Indian items for the best experience; I tried a new dish that didn't quite meet expectations. The attentive service staff is diligent, though recommendations might be hit or miss. The first-floor toilet could be better maintained. Open street parking is convenient, and the pricing is reasonable for Pune. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll be back!

I've been to Anna Restaurant several times, and it consistently impresses with its delicious South Indian cuisine. It's undoubtedly one of the best South Indian restaurants in the area. Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of dosa and idli options, and I particularly enjoy their idly and wada. However, I must admit that the sambar and coconut chutney didn't quite meet my expectations, hence the deduction of one star. On the bright side, the service is speedy, and their filter coffee is a real treat. Despite the minor setback, I'll definitely be returning for more mouthwatering South Indian dishes.

Best place to go for South Indian food. Their Sambar's taste is super amazing 😍 I have been to this place multiple time. Early morning there would be a waiting every time I have visited. Afternoon and evening you can get a seat whenever you visit. A best place for breakfast and evening snack.

A nice South experience. Not from interior design or people, but from food. Imagine the nostalgia scene from Ratatouille. Staff is good. The shift was changing when I was there, so I didn't receive the best of it, but okay. Really good food. The Kesarbat shira was nice, pineapple added. They have a half and full version too. I took the half one. The Ragi dosa was the wining point for me. I have eaten Ragi dosas, but not as crisp as this one(it's really challenging). They give Sambar, Chutney and masala added Istew with it. The dosa is topped with sesame seeds, making the flavour more lasting in the mouth. There's a small free parking outside, but two wheelers are recommended.

I have visited this place multiple time. It has improved a lot on food quality and taste over last 6-7 months. This is usually crowded and waiting. Must visit if you are a South Indian food lover. They serve great variety of food- Dosas, uttappam, idli vada, Upma, rice varieties, bisi bele bhaat, tea, coffee, juice, lassi, snacks. Service is quick. Food is authentic South Indian. Loved their sambar and chutney. Kids friendly place. Parking is a bit problem here due to no- parking restrictions on baner road and also due to ongoing metro work. Great place to visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner as they serve quick bites to a wholesome food and meal. Try their ghee dosas and last size paper dosas. Very good filter coffee too.

Authentic taste of South Indian dishes, idli chatni , dosa was good, medu wada was ok. One of the best breadd butters I ate here. On weekday mornings less crowded. Bit humid inside the restaurant.

There was a line to get in on a Sunday. But honestly the taste was strictly okay. The sambar and chutney which is the essence of a South Indian joint, was below average in taste.
