The manager apologised many many times for sending the wrong order mistakenly. But what I loved about their service is that they accepted their mistake. Sent across the correct order along with a complimentary pastry. Additionally did not take back the wrong order and did not charge for that either.
Their food is so amazing that having an extra pizza just made my day. Thank you very much.
Ps - small gestures like the sorry mam post-it goes a very long way.
It's a very cosy place to have a weekend brunch. Loved the coffee with Club sandwich and Spicy bbq chicken sandwich. I really love the taste of their Pan cakes. It was so tasty and light. Best Pan cakes I have tested in Pune.
This became my instant hot Chocolate serving place in pune.it was soo thick also was sweetned upto mark .Must visit place for hot chocolate lovers
Had the bacon omelette and the Mexican coffee.. both were bliss.. it's of of my all time favorite.. a special mention to shubhankar.. the guy is a gem.. attentive and ever smiling.. way to go flour works
Truly one of the best places for some really authentic Continental stuff. Really the best Benedict, I have tried in Pune. A big thank you for the wonderful and courteous staff , great ambience ( even at noon during the summer, the outside seating feels very quite and cool) . Lot of great options in steaks and other mains as well. Must visit place surely !!
Spent an awesome morning with an awesome ambience and food. Its a perfect place for people who love peace. Food is amazing. I loved eggs benedict and cold coffee here. I would recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once when you visit Pune.

I have been a customer of the Flour works baner for about a year now and I never get tired of being here. Coffee, lunch or a quick drink with friends, Flour works delivers every time. Add to that a wonderful staff and an amazing ambience.

a very pretty place to visit. i visited this on christmas and it was decorated beautifully. we had spicy chicken wings and white sauce pasta.
white sauce pasta was good but i was expecting chicken wings to be more spicier instead it was tangy. but overall good experience with great ambience.

I had been there to flour work. It is such an amazing place to chill out with friends. And the fooodd was like soo yummm and mouth watering...π€€ I would highly recommend to tryout the citrus chicken salad, granola fruit & nuts bowl also the chicken jalapeno egg Hollandaise...π Sujoy was very cooperative also he gave us the good food suggestion to try out and it came out to be amazing food. Also it has the best ambience....βΊοΈ
