The best coffee ever!!!!!
Yes, till now I was wondering for a nice coffee in Rishikesh. But couldn't find any. Now finally, after visiting Urban Sip, that search comes to an end. What a place to hangout it is. The place is really beautiful and you can enjoy your meals with the scenic view of Ganga.
- Food: The food here is just marvellous. Coffee is the thing for which they are famous and it's a worth one. The awesome taste and exciting creaminess of coffee Will not be able to resist you from having more and more and more.... quality is perfect.
- Location: It's located near Parmarth Niketan on the way only. When you cross Ram Jhula, just take a right turn and afterwards again right turn, and just walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will be able to see the shops' sign board.
Do remember that the cafe is located on first floor
- Atmosphere: The aura of cafe is perfect. Cleanliness is really nice. To overcome your boredom, you can have some reading of the books available there and gain some nice knowledge. The Ganga View will completely mesmerise your heart with happiness.
- Prices: The rates here a bit high and that's the reason for 4 star rating. But , it's all worth it!
So, do checkout this exciting and awesome cafe to have some wonderful cup of coffee....Will definitely recommend to all travellers coming to Rishikesh.
The coffee really is superb (had a fantastic cappuccino), although a bit high priced by Indian standards (around 150 rps it cost me). The view is nice of Ganga and Lord Shiva on Parmarth Niketan, you can see the sunset, too, this time of year. Cozy cafe all in all!
I can’t recommend this place highly enough. As a western tourist this place is an oasis. Everything is super clean, the staff is top notch, and the food is outstanding! We had a pasta dish and a maggi noodle dish, both were fantastic!
Very cozy and calm ambience. Excellent view of the ganges. Authentic Italian cuisine: I tried their flagship Pasta Arrabbiata and Urban Legend Pizza. Both dishes were authentic and nicely prepared and delectable. A good place to relax and have a good international meal.
Pretty much the best Cappuccino in Rishikesh so far, although it's about twice the average price in this area, but you get what you pay for. 😊
The Latte art is creative.
Keep in mind that some of the typical hot coffee drinks are made a bit differently here, such as the Macchiato. Instead of an espresso shot hit with a little dab of foam, it's made with flavored caramel, chocolate, and foamed milk, so read the menu carefully.
Urban Sip is located in the covered market section and up a flight of stairs.
The cafe is enclosed with a glass wall on one side providing a great view of the ganges.
That makes it well protected from the river breeze during the colder months and I imagine the AC is good during the hotter months.
Wifi connection is good at 6dl/8ul, (cafe was empty at the time.)
To me it is the most wonderful place at Rishikesh. No it's not happening, and that is the key. On Swargashram side it is only non religious place. High point is view of Ganges. Food is ok, coffee is good. My favourite is Espresso with hot milk.
Great place for breakfast or a quick bite. Price is reasonable and food is filling. Do try the dishes made from fresh fruits
Phenomenal views of the holy river Gangaji and amazing cake. Okayish coffee (Lavazza), not amazing, but incredible considering we're in the Himalayas in India. But by far the best thing is the friendly service and how well we were looked after when popping in briefly.
Really awesome place it is located at bank of ganga. You can enjoy masala tea or coffee with Nobel and it's pasta very delicious.
Our Happy Place Urban cafe , this is why because it has a beautiful view from inside all the way to Ganga ji, best cafes parallel to the ganga river, washroom is also available in this cafe, online transactions are also available to do payment, if we dont have cash , other wize cash is acceptable in this cafe , i would love to go at this cafe again and again, the staff is gud, i liked it much..
