Over the years, this terminal became congested. It is adjacent to Secunderabad railway station and Secunderabad East metro station. The sky bridge from metro station to railway station passes through this terminal. Students bus pass counter is located in this premises. Most of the buses depart from here to CBS, Charminar and Dilsukhnagar. Paintings and maintenance of the building is long due. Small entrance gate to platform 1 of sec station is there from here but is closed after pandemic.
