The shift manager needs to make sure the people don't crowd at the ordering counter, rather follow a queue system. People have no sense just crowd the counter. But the duty manager should advise people to come in a line so that people who are standing in the queue are not by-passed. Food wise, it is ok. Chicken is a bit hard than usual...

Honestly probably the only reason to visit city centre is grabbing a bite from KFC. The staffs are really friendly and make sure you don’t have to wait too long for your order. Atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a fast food chain. People are coming in, always in rush, eating and leaving. Just the cycle of life.

Don't go in weekends if are the one who doesn't like to wait for long.. Otherwise in weekdays it's nice..lesser people ..manageable for the staffs. What else.. Everytime you hog a lot n say I won't eat again kfc soon..but once u r near it ..u will be entering the kfc again ..that's kfc

I am a KFC lover. Must try food. The taste of chicken is awesome. No one can compete them. One thing that I don't like is the place is always crowded, so that sometimes have to face some difficulty for seat.

Nice place to go with Family and Friends. Had KFC Zinger meal and it was tasty. We don't have to wait for long for our order. At weekends it might be a bit crowd but you will find a seat. Go and enjoy the meal.

It's a good place to be. But the ac has to be put on always, as to avoid the smell of the chicken that people consume. And the seating arrangement has to be arranged in a proper manner. A little cushioning has to be.

No doubt. The place is very good and so the food. Best part is they sanitize everything in this covid situation. So everything is very clean and hygienic. Service is also good. Would recommend. And food quality was also very good. I really liked this place ❤️
