If I'm visiting Surat, there is no chance I'll miss an opportunity to go to this place.
The food is beyond words, so delicious and so homely.
I have paneer butter masala/tikka as regulars in this place but I'm always open to trying new things.
the BEST part is they offer half/full servings. I can enjoy my favourites even if I'm not with a huge party.
My most FAVOURITE thing about this place is their ice cream sundaes.
The sundaes are so flavourful, with so many fruits and nuts, and the quantity is huge, starting with prices as low as 120.
The quantity, quality and their pricing beats any other ice cream place. I would prefer their sundaes above anything else.
If you're going to this place, feel free to skip on the dinner and hog on sundaes but do not ever miss their sundaes.
Again one of the oldest and most prominent eatery of Surat,I guess most lovable place too.
Food wise great in taste as well as their food quantity is also upto the mark.
Starter to dessert best thing you can get here ,Yes Area is Remote but as its Oldest place you get some Raw feeling too .

Food - great but this place took my heart with its big bear speciality 2 person are enough if you're ice cream lover 😋😋 but for normal individual 4 persons are enough to complete it
This is one the best restaurant in Surat to have authentic Veg. Punjabi dishes. Being a regular visitor I've seen they try out adding new cuisines in their menu. The unlimited meal option is what you should look for, which offers you to have a great combination of starters followed by the main course and lastly their most popular desert - The Big Bear Ice cream (slice of different flavored ice cream with chocolate syrup n nuts).

Recently visited this place and wasn't disappointed at all!
It wasn't crowded when we visited, so got a table almost immediately. The ambience isn't something out of the world. Plain and simple decor is something I prefer over flashy decor.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was courteous and friendly. The service was pretty quick.
We ordered manchow soup and veg Hong Kong for starters. The fried noodles felt stale and were promptly replaced when we told the manager. The soup was delicious and had the right amount of everything. The veg Hong Kong was suggested by the manager and we loved it! We had ordered a small portion of the starter and it was sufficient for 5 people!!
Next we ordered Hyderabadi paneer tikka masala, which could have been better and corn capsicum masala. The latter was spicy, just as we like it!
Again, we ordered small portions of the sabji and it was sufficient for 5 people. The sabjis come with complimentary kulchas. The kulchas were soft and so were the rotis!
One thing that I liked about this place is that they have an option of small and big portion for almost every item on their menu and that they give a complimentary kulcha with every sabji. This is something that I've never seen in any other restaurant.
Lastly, we ordered the famous Big Bear and guess what- they offer a half portion of that too! The half big bear itself was huge in quantity! Make sure you keep place in your tummy for this ice cream! I've never had ice cream presented so beautifully.
Overall, the food is tasty, the service is good and the Big Bear is the best! Go visit!
Yaah food was good so as ambience is also ohky ... Now a days there are lots offers, which makes it very economical. And with that food as well as ambience it is perfect thing. Their big Bear icr cream... can't say anything you just try😍
Good is good but it's best for its dessert . It's big bear ice cream is unbeatable. I have never had such yummy ice cream ever. It's thick shake is also awesome like Mocha Brownie, Choco chips. Nowadays , schemes are going on there on food like BOGO. Worth to try. 😊
The best restaurant for non-veg food in the city, Kwality is a class apart. The menu for both vegetarian and non vegetarian offerings is mind blowing. To add to that, the Big Bear is an absolute delight. I have been hearing some horrible things about the management of the restaurant but I seriously hope that it is being taken care of. Kwality is a real Surat gem.
Food is great over here. The offer which they are having is good. We have tried many food but the one is paneer makhani pizza and Chinese food in which we have tried noodles. Both things were too yummy in taste. We have ordered many other food like other Punjabi sabji but my fav are this 2 pizza and noodles. And their hot chocolate is also good in taste😊. This time we had tried rice Nd Chole kulcha

Not much known about food but yes you can get a full plate for your lunch and dinner. As per the smell I can tell it is good. And the ice cream below the restaurant is very good. Softy is not the best but you can try cones

•Place : It's clean, well maintained and well known for quality of food and everything. This restaurant is in business from years !! Maybe 2-3 decades or even more !!
•Food : Food is just like their name "Kwality" it's delicious and hygiene and affordable, what else we want ? It's Perfect !!
•Staff and service : Staff is polite and friendly and clean, and if that's not enough they are quick when it comes to service - So that's a plus.
•Price : prices here are really affordable if I compare to quality and quantity of food you'll get. And they offer 50% off on take away and 20% off if you have your meal there (just double check this, usually they offer)
P.S : I'm really impressed by the straw tho, it's environment friendly 💕 and I encourage others to try not use plastic if you an alternative. 😊
I had stayed at Surat from Sept. '08 to Dec. '14 and used to frequent Kwality at least 5-6 times a month. It used to be a non-vegetarian restuarant back then serving some A-M-A-Z-I-N-G dishes. I fondly remember the Nawabi chicken, Mughlai chicken, chicken handi, the chicken lollipop starter with the schezwan chilli sauce etc. The dishes were mind blowing! So much so that you were guaranteed to come back for more. Unfortunately they switched to a vegetarian restaurant during 2015. I hope their vegetarian dishes carry the same legacy!
Kwality's trademark dish is (arguably) the 'Big Beer' dessert. Different flavours of ice cream in a big bowl topped with sauces, nuts and cherries. Loved it.
We used to park on the street and during winters, the sweater market opens up here. Would love to visit some time soon and cherish the old memories.
Vintage hotel, good food, but limited option
Ice-cream desert are good.
Best place for cold product and simple veg menu.
Parking for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler can be done easily by road side.
Best part is to get the order by yourself and get seated inside the hotel which have a best view.
Don't hesitate to go inside for dining instead of standing on the active road side
I have great childhood memories over their, from desert to food everything is at point.
Too many people come this place for ice cream. Very famous place .
