I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Gujrati and Rajasthani Food Festival at MASALEDAR organized by Zomato, and it was nothing short of a gastronomic delight! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was a perfect blend of cultural aesthetics, with vibrant colors and traditional decor setting the mood. The attentive staff added to the lively atmosphere. The menu featured an extensive array of authentic Gujrati and Rajasthani delights. I was particularly impressed with the flavors and textures of the Dhokla, KACHORI, and Undhiyu from Gujarat. The Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma were outstanding, showcasing the perfect balance of spices and aromatic flavors. The soft Puri and METHI Rotis, was a delightful accompaniment to the main dishes. The desserts were a sweet finale to the culinary journey, with Ghevar and KHEER stealing the show. The service was top-notch, with the staff providing detailed explanations of each dish and ensuring that our dining experience was memorable. We visited this place on a weekend and it was fully reserved. The hotel staff was kind enough to accommodate us with a table. Starter options were good , the rates for both veg and non veg lunch buffet were the same. The ambience was very good , and the service was incredible. Dessert options were limited. Overall a good place to visit for its aesthetics look.
