Visited this place recently for review and loved everything about it.
Although it’s a small place which primarily specialises in chai they also have a few sandwiches and cold beverages.
It’s located near the thane station, which is very convenient for a quick chai fix
What all I tried:
1. Veggie Cheese sandwich: If you love cheese, you’ll definitely like this one! It was hot and piping, filled with the right amount of cheese. Best part is that it is hygienic, they’re very clean!
2. Tandoori Paneer Sandwich: This was a flavourful sandwich, the best word to describe this would be “chatpata”; perfect for the Indian palette.
3. Chocolate cold coffee: Loved this classic one, quantity was a bit less but otherwise, loved the taste
4. Masala Chai: this one was my favourite! It was perfect in this monsoon weather! They gave it in a kulhad which added to the earthy indian experience.
Overall, it’s a very good, light on pocket place!

"CHAI VILLA"
Located near Thane station, they serve really delicious food at affordable prices.
They have wide variety of Chai and Sandwiches to choose from. It's a place you should consider if you want to have light Snack or a cup of Tea which is all you want after a tiring day.
We had their Kullad Special Chai and no doubt it was one of the best Chai we ever had!! We fell in love with it..Chai lovers can't miss this place.
We also tried Cold Coffee and Icecream Chocolate Coffee which has the taste to crave for .
Cheese Veggie Sandwich which was filled with fresh Vegetables, mixed with Mayo and perfectly Grilled is a treat to your taste buds.
Tandoor Paneer Sandwich is slite Spicy as well as Tangy and filled with perfect mix of Spices, topped with Cottage Cheese and Grilled .
It's a small place and a bit congested but it can be overlooked as long as you get delicious and quality food.
We must visit this place if we stay in Thane or even while visiting Thane. You will definitely like their food and fall in love with their Chai like we did♥️
Chai Villa is loacted near thane station. They dont have sitting area but still they have enough place where you can stand and eat as well.

🔷Chocolate Cold Coffe : This was pretty good. With lots of chocolate syrup into it. Well garnished with dark chocolate on top.

🔷Ice Cream and Chocolate Cold Coffee : This was same as Chocolate Cold Coffe but the only difference was that it was having ice cream scoop in it.

🔷Chocolate Sandwich : Sandwich was quite average but loads of chocolate on it.

🔷Tandoor Paneer Sandwich : Grilled tandoor sandwich with tomato, onion, tandoor sauce, paneer, capsicum, cucumber.

Chai villa is 5 mins walk ahead of Thane Railway station. It has a wide range of teas , sandwiches , frankie & burgers. Service is quick and staff is friendly.
The food here is really good, too. In sandwiches we tried samosa toast Sandwich which was really delicious. We also tried paneer cheese frankie.
Their cold beverages were fantastic, personal favourites. We tried chocolate cold coffee which was thick & delicious.
The prices are unbelievably affordable and it serves great quantities as well.
If you’re either looking to binge on some breakfast or small bites on the go this is perfect place.
Chai Villa located near Thane station is a small joint with three to four tables serving different types of chai, cold beverages, burgers, frankies, maggi & sandwiches.

The chai is made in traditional kulhad, it was refreshing & full of flavourm. The cold coffee was nicely blended & we liked it. Both the sandwich & burger were equally good.

The staff was helpful & kind. The service was quick. Also, they accept tea orders for party, marriages & corporate events. The avg cost for two people would be around ₹350 approx.

Chai villa is a cosy place near thane railway station serving chai and coffee at such reasonable rates with absolutely no compromise on quality and taste! 😊

The place is run by Mr. Sawant and has such a great number of staff, around 6-7 people working as a team for bringing the best outcome possible and delivering chai and sandwiches to places and offices so that people can enjoy hot beverages with snacks!
The place is not any fancy shancy thing but I am sure your visit here would be far more valuable to the owner than any other place and you will surely enjoy what they have to offer!
We tried
*Cold coffee* standard, very thick, nicely served topped with coffee liquid and some chocolate chunks this is all you need on a summer afternoon!
*Chocolate and Ice-cream coffee* this is my favourite thing there, and if there is anything I will repeatedly visit them for is this delicious serve!
The coffee was thick, having great taste, covered completely with chocolate sauce, chocolate flakes and vanilla ice-cream giving it the perfection it needs!
*Corn chilly cheese sandwich* the generosity of cheese put inside and also on the outside compared to the price they are charging I mean there is nothing more worth than this!
The taste was superb, fresh bread used with fresh ingredients!
*Chocolate Sandwich* this is pure love for me, fresh bread with maska and chocolate sauce grilled and then topped with chocolate sauce again and chocolate flakes because chocolate is never enough!

*Kulhad chai* my mother tasted this and said it was nice! It was very aromatic and there was a a well balance of sugar and milk
The serving was good!
*Lemon tea black* go to this place and have this, I am 100% sure you will love it!
There is just the right hint of lemon you will need to feel refreshed!

A newly opened joint serving a variety of teas, cold coffees, and sandwiches at pocket-friendly rates. It's located at a walkable distance from Thane railway station and is right besides Tip Top Mithaiwala. It's just five months old and specializes in different teas which are prepared using all the natural ingredients and are served in reusable, environment-friendly cups. Their sandwiches need a lot of improvement as the filling just falls off and I strongly think that they should only stick to cheese and corn when it comes to Cheese Corn sandwich. Chai Villa accepts party, marriage, and corporate orders. They also provide home delivery through Zomato and Swiggy. I hope they get their fridge repaired at the earliest because our cold coffee and chocolate cold coffee with ice cream would have tasted much better if it would have been chilled. A good place overall.
This is the place where u will get new variety of flavoured chai. Also they serve sandwiches which are lip smacking. If u are chai freak, this the must visit place. 🥪🍵🥪🍵

All the beverages were amazing. A perfect taste of masala was present in the chai. 🍵
Sandwiches 👉 Tandoor paneer sandwich, the taste of this sandwich was delicious. It had very different taste. 🥪🥪
Veg Mayonnaise sandwich and Cheese corn Sandwich both were yummy and tasty. Prepared perfectly and served with green chutney. 🥪🥪
Service and Staff 👉 Service was quick and all were served hot. Staff were friendly and Cooperative.
Overall 👉 We liked this place, food and chai.
Chai Villa is your anytime Snacks place. Whenever you feel like you want a little break or wanna grab a quick bite Chai Villa's your place. It is near Thane Railway Station too. So if you travelling you can get parcel or have Tea while sitting there. Tea is best thing to have during Rains, so if you are a tea lover you must definitely visit this place. You can get different types of teas here. We had Kadak Chai which was served in the Matka was really very nice. For Snacks you can get Sandwiches which are really very nice. We had Paneer Tandoor Sandwich and Mayonnaise Cheese Sandwich. Both the Sandwiches were really awesome. Grilled Sandwiches in the Rainy season just Wow. To have something with your Snack you can have A cold beverage too, such as Ice tea or Chocolate cold coffee with Ice cream. The staff was really very Helpful and We hope to visit again soon.

It's a good QSR (quick service restaurant), loved the tea and had an unique samosa sandwich which tasted great there are no sitting arrangements but the food is worth a shot the service is great .
