One of my favorite restaurants in the city; the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. However, cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the toilets and hand washing areas where the availability of hand washing liquids and hand towels needs attention. Additionally, the waiting time for beverages should be reduced, as a simple lime juice order took over 15 minutes to arrive.
Budget food with decent service. Very rush place but they care each one of the customers. Best place to treat friends.

The name lives up to the hype, Zam Zam Calicut and Trivandrum both have served me delicious food many times. They have a lot of variety non veg and veg cuisines. They are known for the non veg items, the food quality and taste has always been maintained. They provide friendly customer service who are ready to help us around the time.
I tried alfam mandi and it was so good. I definitely recommend zam zam for non veg items. But it's always pretty busy, we have to wait some time to get seats.

1. Food as usual, great!! (being a customer since 2009, Zam Zam was always a safe bet for good food at reasonable price) This time tried chicken mulakittath for the first time, it gave a variety experience for my taste buds. Loved it.
2. Service is simply amazing!! Went there on peak time of 31st Dec. They were calm & cool in managing the rush. Ensured our sitting comfort before and while dining, ensured we got all dishes as desired, ensured we enjoy the food. Even they interacted with us as if we are their close friends or guest. I wish if some other restaurants' (not naming here) staff and owners come here to get training on the customer relationship).
3. Atmosphere was fine considering the location and space. It was highly rush time, but the cleanliness and comfort of dining were ensured.
Overall highly satisfied, with their food, price and especially their customer care!!

It's great that the restaurant offers affordable combos, but the chicken lollipop experience was very disappointing. The fact that it was hard and not tasty is a letdown. However, it's positive that they didn't charge for the unsatisfactory dish, showing good customer service.
This is the best non-veg dishes I had during my recent visit to Trivandrum. We had mandi rice with al faham chicken and porotta with beef roast. Food was really good and fully satisfied with the taste. Restaurant was little busy and managed to get seat after few minutes. Worthy for money and time. Service was not upto the mark.
