Visited for a family dinner. Opted for the buffet and the spread was huge. Loved the tiny pizzas made on request.
Do save some space for the desserts because they are amazing.
PS: try making reservations before you head here as it often gets crowded during the weekends.
This remains to be our favorite hangout spot where we'd indulge in long discussions with some great food and some chilled beer.
The must try would be their wood fried pizzas which are just the ultimate best that you get in trivandrum, the one that we also go for are the Tuna and Bacon pizza, Club sandwich and their signature chicken burger.
Having happy hours we often love their offers on booze (domestic).
The Sunday brunch would be absolutely recommended for those who'd love a late breakfast on a lazy Sunday.
It’s the only restaurant In Hilton Trivandrum. I had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast, lunch and dinner at garden grille. The breakfast was good, lovely spread to suit international eating habits. The service was also good with the exception of getting Indian breads that took a little longer than I anticipated. Had a late lunch and opted for a pizza. Again done well. Opted for a vegetarian Indian dinner and enjoyed it. Overall, good food and experience.
During an laid back holiday to Trivandrum, went to have the buffet lunch at this restaurant. The spread was lavish and scrumptious. The staff was very friendly and extended an good service. Had a chat with the manager Mr.Balaji and he explained about the spread and concept behind it. Will definitely visit again in my next visit.
The breakfast spread was very nice. The ambiance and the staff is good Enjoyed their vada - in fact the best ever I ate and the beetroot cutlet. But there were only few choice for cakes and desserts.

Had Breakfast and lunch here. The food is very good. The breakfast spread and quality was beautiful. The buffet lunch was excellent with a wife variety of choices. Try the fresh made pizzas.
Worth the money you pay and service is good and one of the best restaurant buffet in Trivandrum where you get lot of salads and deserts for the amount you pay.

The restaurant is in-house restaurant of Hilton Garden Inn. The food was scrumptious. Loved the mutton and Kerala parotta.
Sigh! I always look forward to dining here but today was just an "off day" I suppose. The food was yummy and perfectly cooked but took forever to come and sad even a little cold by the time it got to thr table. Yet, the most disappointing was the sad margarita(in pic); my friend's Caiprioska was equally disappointing. Can't go wrong with wine was our next thought so we ordered the fraternelli Sauvignon blanc and rosé, neither was chilled enough 😟. The service staff were constantly missing apparently cuz they were short staffed. The highlight was a young lady from the front desk who stopped by to check on us(I wish I had caught her name) and spread some joy.

I have been regularly visiting Hilton with my husband for a while now, for its Sunday brunches. And easter brunches at Hilton has become more like a family ritual now. The food there is very special to us. It is not just a treat to the tongue, but to all our senses. The dishes are presented so beautifully and each dish is crafted with highest quality. I am in love with the sushi, grills, and the desserts there which have been part of every buffet i attended. Every time there would be a couple of dishes that takes us by surprise. It was a tiny pork set up in whole, for carving, for this Easter brunch, and it was delicious. I couldn't resist taking videos of the dishes. Its a shame videos can't be attached here.
Chef Satheesh's desserts are extremely beautiful and melt in the mouth delicious. The cocktails and mocktails are great too.
All staff there are extremely cordial and helpful. Chefs Satheesh and Asmic Raj are both very charming, yet understated personalities, always enthusiastic and passionate when they talk about food. F&B Manager Sarath has always made sure to make us feel welcome and cared about. There are a few familiar faces that deserve special mention, but we do not know the names of. Hilton is a place we go to, for our gulity treats and celebrations.
Sumptuous and lavish spread of breakfast with a mix of local cuisine, continental and North Indian that caters to all taste buds.
Chef Arun and his team is well experienced and their skills can be seen on the food that is prepared which were well made with right amount of spices without compromising on the authenticity.
It has Live counter and pizza oven.
I would love to try their dinner and Sunday brunch next time.

Awesome experience. We went on a week day and then also there were lots of options for the buffet. A variety of vegetarian dishes including paneer, mushroom, corn, cauli and cabbage as well as non veg dishes like fish curry, stew chicken, beef and mutton options. Large varieties of salads and desserts were also there. Food was unlimited and was worthy. You will also get different kinds of Kerala food, breads like naan porotta etc and pizza as well. Very good ambience with special lighting and have a piano as well. Very neat and clean washrooms and toilets. Good seating inside and outside the restaurant with very good parking space with valet parking. The hotel is just back side of secretariat and on the road side. The restaurant manager - Amitabh was very friendly and was very helpful throughout the visit. Also reservation was easy and the procedures were simple because of that. We loved the visit and are looking forward to visit again. We came along with our cousins for giving them a special treat and this was a best experience .
