Hotel Alankar is situated in the very heart of Thrissur city ... The eatery is well managed & hygiene is cautiously maintained. Food was average & service was of par excellence. Porotta was flaky & chicken fry was little too oily. Overall the taste of food was good when paired with hot tea. Prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in & around Thrissur city. Parking is meager as it's situated near to National Highway. The service road leading to destination in narrow with moderate traffic.

Had Beef Biriyani from here and just loved it. Quantity and quality was way more than expected. Beef was tender and juicy. I would suggest one biriyani for 2 people. Because it has that much of quatity. They even serve egg with this biriyani. Just felt that some of their products are bit overpriced but yeah this biriyani was a good deal for me. They have maintained the cleanliness in the restaurant. And yeah they also provided pretty good space for parking too.

Great restaurant serving local kerala cuisine veg and non veg. The staff was extremely kind to tend to our needs and orders in a snappy fashion.
