One of the oldest hotels in Trivandrum city. They provide AC and Non AC rooms at an affordable rate in the heart of Trivandrum city. While comparing the rate , the quality of their services were far better than nearby hotels. The accessibility to Trivandrum central railway station, Thambanoor bus stand is so good . Situated in Manjalikulam Road, just behind manjalikulam ground.
Awesome Experience. Room was spacious with all the basis amenities for stay. Staff was so courteous. During my 10days stay, I have even no complaints about rudeness or any silly mistakes from staff.
Food was good but can give 7/10 and maybe the reason is my North Indian taste buds.
Ample space for parking and two exits are there which were also helped me by saving my time many times.

Great place for business as well as family stay. Near to railway station, bus stand, main business district, not too far from Airport. The best part is their restaurant and the food and the staff courtesy is excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.

The food was very good at nominal rates. Also very good ambience inside. The pineapple juice I had was very pure and thick. The parking area in front can hold only three four cars at a time. Its very calm and quiet inside. They need to improve on their turnover time. It took up to 45 minutes for the food to get served.
We have arranged a farewell progrm to bid adieu to one of our colleague. It was a good experience for us. Staffs were very cooperative.
First of all, the point to be noted is that this can be considered as an economically feasible buffet. If you have amble budget then please stay away.
300/- per person is the rate. It would be difficult to find a buffet cheaper than this. Though it is a roof top one the place is closely covered. We could see some dilapidated furniture dumped in the corner. Still it was a pretty decent and memorable one.

Cheap, close to Trivandrum Ksrtc bus stand and Railway Station. No WiFi, travel desk, kids play area etc but this is not an upscale place. Rooms are reasonably priced, fans and lights work, staff are reasonably friendly
