It's a tiny place which serves authentic south indian food. Had hot glass of rasam which is by far the best I have ever had in my 2 decades in Vadodara. The idlis were very soft n wadas were freshly prepared. It is managed by an elderly couple so it does take them time to prepare. If you aren't in a hurry and are willing to wait patiently for mouth watering south indian food then this is definitely the place. Plz note do not expect very high end seating n interiors. I wish they would keep it more clean as it looks as if u r sitting in their store room😊😂 . Service is better than any five star hotels..

Giving this small restaurant 5 stars just because of nice and fresh food and maintenance of good hygiene. This is a good place for south Indian food. The food is prepared after receipt of order and it tastes good because of good preparation and freshness. The dealing persons are nice and courteous. Coffee is also quite nice here. Preparation of food items takes time as they prepare it right in front of you.
Best place in city for authentic south Indian food , very good quality food with economic prices! Me and my friend visited two days back and had lots of conversation with owner uncle and bhai. They aquainted us about ingredients of food , level of quality and hygiene they maintain! We were not only served with food but also a very good talk and love by them.

Excellent restaurant for authentic south indian food. The food is prepared in real authentic south indian style all the ingredients are added in proper proportions. The sambhar tastes really good it has a good punchier taste .overall the quality and hygiene is fantastic.

All items in the menu r made to order, there is a bit of waiting time but the wait is worth. One of the best filter coffee available, must try items Mysore Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast Dosa, Masala Dosa, Fried Idly, Curd Rice, Lemon Rice, Dahi Vada. A must visit place for any food lover. Although the ambience is old world charm but the food taste, aroma and quality is something which is a speciality about this place. Zaafaroon- the bestest authentic south indian destination in the state of Gujarat.
The place is a delight for somebody who wants to have authentic south Indian food. The quality is top notch, hygienically prepared and the taste is so good and yummy, that you keep asking for more. I recommend everybody to try it out, it is complete value for money, a reasonable option to any good restaurants like Sankalp, 22nd Parallel, Milton's, Aramana. The service and hospitality are something which really deserves a great pat. Hats off. I don't know if it's authentic but it serves definitely enjoyable and delicious South Indian dishes. What I most like is freshness and hygiene. I like the dedication of the owner and his colleague. Keep it up :)
Very good sambar you will get here. Also a drink called Panakam is too good. Small place. Only 2 tables for 2 person each in the shop but large space outside the hotel. Good place to feel tummy with low budget.
Superb food. It's fresh, rare and authentic Indian. It is not the place claiming to be south Indian by just having dosa batter. many mallu, tamil and Kannada food items are available.
one star less because people who expect great surroundings will be disappointed. it's a start up having good culinary skills but the place, and service level needs improvement.
