We ordered the food from a restaurant after a very long time. The taste of the food was yummy and we all relished it a lot. It was really a great moment to enjoy having food together at home from 24Carats restaurant.
The food is good and caters to our specification as well. However teh only reason I’m giving One star is because The attendant who receives the call is really rude. All I wanted her to understand was that even though they were cancelling the order from their side, just make sure they let zomato know as previously they charged me for an order that wasn’t even prepared and didn’t even refund when I asked for one. She did argue and was extremely arrogant and told me that it’s not her lookout. However it is their lookout to inform whether the order has been accepted rejected or cancelled. Also she claims that the timings are listed for specific categories on the menu, however there are NO timings listed whatsoever. Kindly be polite and more informative instead of being rude and impolite to customers. I’ve been a regular customer since years. I hope the higher authorities take note of how the staff communicate with the customers.
A plush style restaurant with cozy ambience.I was on official tour at Vadodara amd was staying in Hotel Express towers, I had most of my meals in 24 carats. They have amazing breakfast buffets available with a good taste.. I loved pancakes and strawberry smoothie.. They have a courteous staff and quick service too..
Perfect place for having a good quality time with friends and family ! Amazing buffet lunch ! I visited on a festival day still there was no hustle and the staff was very patient with the whole rush hour going around ! Very courteous and welcoming staff ! They had alot of choices available for buffet...mouthwatering desserts and cannot miss the yummy starters ! They had fruits, slice cakes, juices, breads, hummus, salads and alot of other varieties as well ! Overall a very good experience and would definitely try their buffet breakfast also !

Since long I have been Reviewing places for their Lunch and Dinners. However I tried to do something different when I went here today Morning. My Mother was a bit Hesitant to cook in the morning today and that's when this idea of having a lazy Breakfast struck me. I remember 24 Carts because my mother used to take me there when I was a child and thus it would be a befitting thing to do for her when she is not the mood to cook/prepare breakfast. I reached 24 at around 9:15 A.M and seated myself much to the delight that there were not many people around for breakfast. 24 Carats is an old player and enjoys consumer monopoly because of the same. The breakfast table was decently laid with Cut Fruit, Juices (Canned and Fresh), Yogurt, Confectionery (croissant, cream rolls, Breads, Cake Slices and pastries) apart from all this they had Poha (puffed rice), and South Indian spread consisting of Dosa, Uttapam, Idli, Vada. Adding to all this they had Aloo Paratha and Mashed Potatoes and Baked Beans. For the egg eaters they had eggs to order and boiled eggs obviously. Also for Meat Lovers they were offering Meat Sausage. I genuinely liked all the Vegetarian items from the list. Cannot comment on eggs and Chicken and I don't eat them. The thing I liked was the fact that firstly, it wasn't rushed and most importantly the Staff took special attention and care to make the Breakfast feel like an important meal of the day. They made sure things were fresh and also took care of the minute things which was much appreciated by me. A good place to go to If good food is what you care for on Sunday mornings and if you like to wake up early. A big thumbs up and good on the pocket too.

To make things special, I thought of taking my dear wifey out for dinner. Of all the available places, I chose 24 Carats as my choice for the evening.
The place is good. Just what someone may expect a 4 star hotel to be. To start with the staff: very courteous and attentive. No attitude issues noticed. This was a good start. Next came the food. Being a Parsi, which in itself means foodie by birth, I was looking forward to a good spread at the buffet counter. The choices for non vegetarians were comparatively less than the veg counterparts. Can't blame them. Foodies would rip the off 😋
The starters were good. The fish fingers were well made. Even the veg starters were surprisingly good. I mean for a hardcore meat eater, the veg tasted good. The only drawback was the chicken tikka. The taste was great, just the fact that it was with bones, created a damper. A minor setback so no problem. The main course was good to the taste. From eggs to chicken to fish, everything was well prepared 👍
The deserts stole my heart, from the kala jamun with coconut gratings to the gajar ka halwa to the choco lava were really great to taste. The wife went gaga over the choco lava 😝
Overall it was a great evening 👍 My thanks again to the staff and chefs at 24 Carat for making our evening special 😀

This was one of the best hotels I have ever visited in terms of ambience and food !! I personally felt Marvellous service .... The quality of food is worth paying 600+ !! One must visit this restaurant to feel the elegance of quality service and delicious food !!
Very nice restaurant and very nice arrangements of tables. I went with my family.they tried chicken salad,sweet corn soup and more dishesh. We loved the taste. You must visit at this restaurant.☺️

One of the best place in Vadodara... The restaurant offer multicusine options. Good Ambiance... Cleanliness, Good Service and Delicious food...
The best part is the sofas in dining area.. It gives perfect sitting for a peaceful dinner and comfort. Though, there is a variation in food quality and consistency in taste is not found. However it may depend on chef in charge. We are the loyal customers for last 20 years and the staff knows us already. They are friendliest and very polite. All in all, if I have important guests, my first choice would 24 carats.
