2. Chef is very good knowledge and he was practiced in Italy and Congo, so one can not go wrong with quality and taste.
3. I understand from the chef that majority of his pizza ingredients are importing from Italy so that he can serve best Pizzas and Pastas could be serve to the customer.

Amazing Neapolitan Pizza in Vadodara. A lot of people are saying it's soggy and burnt but it's because that's how Neapolitan Pizza are supposed to be. They are surprised as their(and mine too) only reference is Indian Pizzas.
After watching videos on YouTube about Neapolitan Pizza, I can say this is as close as one can get to the Authentic pizza from Naples sitting here in India. Perhaps someone who has tried both can post their reviews and we will know.
However, the prices are exorbitant. This place can take off but the price is too damn high. The owner may be right that he's importing ingredients directly from Italy and hence the prices. But even then, he must at least have a period in a year where the prices are lowered so others can get an opportunity to try an artisan Pizza. Maybe Festival discounts.
These are some humble suggestions from a customer.
I might order again but the price makes this otherwise good 🍕 place less attractive option for frequent orders.
Nonetheless, one should try this place at least once and then decide.

One of the best place in town to go if you’re craving for Authentic Italian Pizza’s. The owner has great learning and knowledge about making Neapolitan style pizza as he has mastered it from Italy itself.
I will recommend to try this pizza in restaurant itself rather than take aways or home delivery in order to enjoy the Pizza.
Authentic Napolitano pizzas served here, not heavy on the stomach unlike other pizza restaurants.

Their Pizzas are made just the way they are done in Italy ... infact You won't get Tomato sauce here😀
The menu is very elaborate with wide variety of Bread with Italian toppings; Pizzas, Pastas etc

We had THE BEST time in Gusto’s Pizzeria. The food, the service is top-notch!
The owner himself took the authority of explaining us about their brand and how to eat their delightful Neapolitan Pizzas. 🤤 We have had pizzas in so many places before, but this was one of the rarest when we enjoyed every bite of it.
We had a classic Margherita Pizza, Cheese Garlic Tusca and half and half of Pizza Quattro Formaggio and Ricotta E Spinaci - all finger-lickingly delicious.
Without a doubt, the best pizza place in Vadodara. Even people who put Ketchup on their pizza would love eating it without. 😂

There are many pizza joints but seldom few can compare what Gusto's bring to the table!
Their premium pizzas especially the authentic Italian ones can rival big names not just in Gujarat but all over India as well. This is as authentic and from the heart as it can get.
The location and feel seems a bit off at first but once the food hits your tongue nothing would actually matter.

Good food, very authentic quality. Ambience could have made all the difference.
All menu items could be made without onion & garlic which is a big plus.
Small little things like chilli oil could have been served in a bottle rather than small disposable container, oregano also could be served in a bottle rather than a bowl.
Otherwise worth a visit.
