I went here for an early lunch on recommendation of a friend and loved it. The experience is very good. Traditional style dining.
At the entrance they have traditional ghee churning, grinding of masala and aata etc going on.
I took the bati choka thali for 375.
They gave 2 chutneys and some pakodas. I loved the chutney. Pakoda was decent.
Then there is bati (2 varities - sattu and paneer filled) and choka which were both very tasty. Simple Dal to go with it. Followed with Kheer and Buttermilk.
Overall good was very nice.
Staff need some training though. They just rush through serving food and don't bother to stop to answer questions. I tried this for first-time and wanted tips on best way to eat, what each item was etc...they didn't both to explain. They just quickly serve and run away.
Tip - on entry there are two sections of the restaurant. Try the thali system...second one which is after the parking lot.
Another interesting thing is there is a handloom and weaving center. Banarasi silk saries were being weaved and I heard that the place sells good quality stuff there.
