This is the place to go if you want to have a variety of cuisines. The food is delicious but that's not the best part. They have fun live music every day of the week! And great ambience to boot. What more could one ask for?

A premium restaurant in Vizag for some nice food and drinks. Excellent ambiance, good service and the best thing is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The kitchen is visible and that gives you visibility of how your food is prepared. I really liked their Nattukodi fry and Panacotta, which is a must try!
The quantity is also excellent. So don’t order multiple dishes without seeing the portion.

The live band that played on the day of my visit took me on a journey. Brilliant guitarist, played some absolute banging riffs.
Very enjoyable environment for a group of friends or couples. Don't bring someone for the 1st date though, the music is a bit loud so you won't get to talk to your date as such.

Should try fish items, especially Vanjaram fish, my friend liked it.. me being veg liked all veg stuff all... Mr. Sekhar, F&B manager gave us a good suggestions as we are typical hydrabadi's he helped with spl items in their menu. Spl. Thanks to you sekharji.
A nice place to catch up with friends, went on a weekend for the Live Band- the crowd was good. Got to listen to a surprise singer from the crowd and they were splendid.
Food wise everything was good, but for the chicken dish- they garnished it with a bit too many Chillies 😛😛
the ambience and food was so good.service was good and the staff was polite. for chinese starters huanhan chicken and valcano chicken are the best and soma special pasta(pasta are closed after certain time)boneless chicken biryani is a must try.and the hot and sour NV soup is a must try one.
Amazing crowd and ambiance. The crew members are super polite and helpful. Starters, desserts and cocktails are a must try. After exploring different clubs in Vizag, I can say SOMAA is one of the best in town 👏
Loved the ambiance and the live music. But only problem I have is that the music is too loud 😃 if you are seated near to band guys. Ordered drinks and started loved every stuff provided by the team. Kudos to team for making my day more memorable. Looking forward to visit this place frequently.

We are regular to this restaurant. One of very few restaurants in Vizag for tasty and quality food with great ambience and “earsplitting” live music. Menu here is like a magazine, never ending variety of continental food.

What we loved:

Cream of Seafood Soup - 👌🏼👌🏼 Heavenly, go for it if you love sea food
Volcano Chicken - 👌🏼 Not consistent though
Tawa Fish - 👌🏼 Lil greasy

Mango Delight - 👎🏼 Feels like crushed mango bite juice. Syrupy.
Shahi Ghost Biryani - 👎🏼👎🏼 Waiter suggested saying it comes with well cooked mutton, tasted okay but the meat was chewy, wouldn’t recommend.
They take good amount of time to serve you the dishes. It’s good as they make everything fresh but also take your time. So, come and enjoy waiting and munching.
Live music should be soothing and pleasant. But at somaa it’s extremely loud for the premises. You feel like running away as soon as possible. Management doesn’t respond or rectify even after receiving feedback. They don’t understand they are ruining reputation because of that. If you don’t want loud live music, better visit after 3.30pm for peaceful lunch and good food.
This restaurant will stay atop in Vizag if they take feedback constructively and improve.
Slightly expensive to what it tastes.
Menu card has more pages than my notebook in college.
Nice ambiance, live music mostly starts at 8Pm around, avoid cheese balls (starters).
