Everything about this place speaks of sophistication and delicacy. I love Japanese cuisine and always wanted to try this place out ever since I came to Bangalore, which I finally did, and I am so glad I did. The waiters were polite, the ambience was mellow (just the way I like it😌) and needles to say, the food was exquisite. One of the waiters also helped us selecting a white wine, which paired so well with the food and didn't overpower the taste buds. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely love to visit soon.
Just loved this place. It was a Sophisticated, fine dining experience worth spending on. Every dish was just unique and tasty. I would highly recommend this place.
They also surprised me with a delicious birthday cake 😊😊
Tried their ramen and sushi. Both were incredible. Will go back for their tasting menu or the Sunday brunch. Relaxed atmosphere, great service and good food (pricey as expected in a 5 star but don’t really mind)
Excellent food..... and the staff were delightful. The ambience was also absolutely lovely. Would recommend this place to everyone...........
This is a pricey, classy place that you should come for special occasions and big celebration. The prices are high but so is the service. And they have different set menu options that let you choose a nice selection of the best they have to offer. The service is as you'd expect at a 5* deluxe hotel.
Had no idea about japanese food. Thanks to the crew for recommending the right combinations for a well spent evening.
P.S. Heavy on the wallet if someone expects it to be cheap 😉
If there was a phrase for lost my heart to sushi, then it would have been my first line here...
From Sushi with prawn, prawn tempura and salmon.
I loved it all.
The Soba noodles take your heart and taste buds to another level of happiness and joy!
I look forward to more sushi treats at Edo
Cheers

The best Japanese in town!
Went for dinner with family on a Monday. Booked on call and table was ready on arrival.
A little tired after work, started off with some black coffee.
The clean, minimal environment of the restaurant highlights its stress of flavors and service. As for the opulence, we get enough within the hotel before entering Edo!
Were all in the mood of sushi that night. Had a word with chief chef Benjamin, explained our dietary preferences and left it to him to feed us. He was upto the task!
Platters of rolls kept rolling by, in variety of flavors.
The younger kid in our party wanted some noodles towards the end. She loved it. I took a bite and thought that they were among the best I tasted.
Ended with some green tea cookies, macaroons and green tea chocolates. Simply amazing.
Service: The idea of perfect service is that someone is always available when you need them otherwise you are on your own. I do not know how they do it but ITC restaurants have this common thread always. Big thank you to the team at Edo.
Will go there again soon as have some craving for the stuff served by the chef. I hope he will oblige!

If you thought this is all then your wrong next room at Cubbon Pavilion was a dedicated 41 individual desserts specially curated for the Brunch...
This was a great experience, we ordered the Honshu and Kyushu nonveg sets and the food was excellent. Good quantities too.
However the cutlery they gave us was smelling bad. I guess they wiped it with an old or stinky towel. I managed during the main course; during the dessert, I asked for a new spoon. It still smelled bad but not as intensely.
Please fix your cutlery cleaning process so we don’t have this issue! Would love to return and try more of their dishes.
Probably the best place in town for Japanese authenticity. Appreciate the effort by the chef to cook us an off the menu dish. Also a special mention to the waiting staff Swathi.. who was well attentive and made it an enjoyable dinner experience.
A Stellar Japanese Culinary Journey at Edo, ITC Gardenia
Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
I recently had the pleasure of visiting ITC Gardenia's Japanese restaurant on a serene weekday night, and I must say, the experience left an indelible mark on my taste buds and heart. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by Roopa, who gracefully led us to our table and introduced us to the delightful menu.
The array of choices was impressive, and we decided to indulge in some classic Japanese dishes. We ordered Sushi, Miso Soup, Udon Noodles, Yatsai Fry, and Japanese Cake. The dishes were not only exquisitely presented but also bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to Japan. It was evident that every dish was cooked to perfection using fresh ingredients, making the entire dining experience truly remarkable.
Biswajit, the talented chef at ITC Gardenia, made our visit even more memorable. He graciously took the time to greet us personally and shared his passion for crafting authentic Japanese cuisine. We were fortunate to witness his expertise and dedication first-hand as he prepared our meal. Biswajit went above and beyond his duty, making sure we felt at home and well-informed about the dishes we were about to savor.
Notably, the Sushi Bar was a sight to behold. Biswajit proudly showcased the fresh and vibrant ingredients used in the preparation of their sushi, leaving us in awe of the artistry involved in this culinary craft.
The restaurant's ambiance was soothing, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were commendable, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to providing a safe and pleasant environment for their guests.
In conclusion, our visit to ITC Gardenia's Japanese restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. The delightful dishes, expertly prepared by Biswajit, combined with the warm hospitality extended by Roopa and the entire staff, made it a truly unforgettable evening. If you are a fan of authentic Japanese cuisine or looking to embark on a culinary journey that will delight your senses, ITC Gardenia's Japanese restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all food enthusiasts, and I am already looking forward to returning for another exceptional dining experience.
Rupa helped us with the menu. She was knowledgeable and fantastic
I can't think of anything that was short of excellent. The food was brilliant, the ambience was lovely (even the music was appropriate and at a discreet volume - class!), we were served by a lady (I think her name was Rupa) whose service was out of this world. The Set Menu was also a great idea. A wonderful, slow, luxurious Saturday lunch. Thank you, Edo
Had one veg and one non veg set menu. Everything was delectable with amazing ingredients treated well. Stand outs were the sushi (with fresh wasabi), spinach in seasame sauce and prawns. We will definitely be coming back. Service was great and we appreciated the chef explaining all the dishes. Mostly empty on a Sunday afternoon and the ambience was very pleasant.
Easily the best place to enjoy some authentic Japanese food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The cook Amit prepared one of the most members meals for us. The staff, Rupa and Swati, also took great care of us and attended to all our requests.
Would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for the best Japanese food in the city.
The food was absolutely amazing, delicious, authentic. Rupa was so hospitable, friendly and on point with the recommendations. We enjoyed ourselves!
The service was impeccable, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who guided me through the menu, making recommendations and ensuring that my dining experience was exceptional. Their passion for food and dedication to providing top-notch service added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.
A big thanks stewardess Rupa who took amazing care of us. Thanks Rupa.😊
Plz let us know about buffet options at Edo so that we can have more sushi in little money 😜
