Observation 1 - The packaging - very compact and neatly packed. The variety that fit into it is commendable. Hajmola was a pleasant surprise. Observation 2 - The portion sizes - the parathas look a decent small-medium but because of their thickness and the generous filling, can get you stuffed in just one piece! Observation 3 - The food - We ordered four variety of boxes: Paneer, Aloo Puri with Chole, Sattu, and Aloo. The best were the Paneer and the Sattu - filling was perfectly seasoned and oh-so-flavorful; Aloo Puri was great but twice as heavy since they are stuffed and deep fried. Top it off with a generous serving of Chole. I'd suggest our big time eaters for this one :-) My area of suggestion would be for the Aloo Paratha - can use a little tweaking in the flavor of the filling. It's too plain in taste. In general the food was amazing, both in quality and quantity. The parathas genuinely looked home made with minimal grease. The Curd was fresh; Dhania chutney was off the hook; the Rice Kheer was fantastic with sweet, minimal enough to hit you in your sweet spot. The Rabdi was perfectly flavored, not to thick and not too runny. Observation 4 - The service - Gentleman taking the order was courteous and polite and was very accommodating. Delivery was on dot!
