Redeeming a gift coupon at the outlet is a bad joke! :-). Cash transactions should be given a priority with the requisite change available at the cash counter. The rest room's hygiene standard has to improve and separate facility for men and women should be made available.Customer Service needs a drastic improvement. Hope to see more human resources employed at the outlet. The food and beverage quality,the options available and the ambiance are a plus point. The price points of the dishes needs to be competitive versus competition like Chai Point, Shell Select, etc

I liked hot valvet coffee. Definitely coffee lovers will love hot valvet coffee for sure.
And we tried Filter coffee as well, but it's not worth the money and I was disappointed with filter coffee. As usual cappuccino is all time fav

Coffee we tried was average, no spoons wee given to mix coffee with packet of sugar
Wifi was brilliant as was atmosphere to roll up your sleeves and work
Extremely good interior and exterior seating arrangements with nice furniture, all all in all very very appealing with usual coffee day standards. The one star less is for lack of flies and mosquito control.
Nice place to chill and have a good coffee. Even during this pandemic situation they are taking all the precautions for their customers. I will surely recommend this CCD to all even during this Corona tym....
All the Cafe coffee days closed in RR nagar except this. They will make good cold coffee and garlic bread is always my favorite.
Outside cafe we have good space to hangout with friends.
Good place to work. Taking calls might be difficult as they would have fast music in the background.

I am spellbound visiting this awesome place. This place smells & feels like a fresh coffee. I have seen and spent hours with other CCD's but this one has really some good vibes. Don't miss to occupy those corner seats besides the glass, awesome view of IN & OUT. Go nowwwww
