This hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was a delight from the Fresh Juices to the hot Croissants. The chef, Asst. f&b manager all went out of their way to make our stay warm. Loved it, especially the personalized touch of the staff stopping by to chat with us. The rooms have a tranquil view of the Racecourse stunning at best. The Happy Hour with live music was a treat. Yes we will be back soon.

Dheeraj, the duty manager, was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff there as well were very helpful.
Had the best massage so far from Kathrin at the Shea spa. Wife was very happy with the facial service as well.
My engagement took place here. Staff is very supportive. Special thanks to the organising team. Food was excellent. We loved the rooms.
The only thing that require attention -
Access card doesn’t work some times when used in the lift. We had to go to the GF and get access every time.
I recently attended an official seminar at the hotel, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The hotel's commitment to providing a conducive environment for professional events was evident from start to finish.
The seminar facilities were state-of-the-art, well-equipped, and impeccably maintained. The spacious conference area, modern audiovisual equipment, and comfortable seating made for a seamless and productive event.

Welcome - Greeted very well on arrival. I was so happy to see some abled people at work. I was lovely communicating with them through sign language.
Rooms- The rooms are old but well maintained. The view of the racecourse is spectacular. The room had all the necessary amenities. Just a nitpick, Cleanliness in the room corners could have been better.
Service - The service at the hotel was expectional. Very friendly servers at the restaurant, housekeeping & front of house personnel. Special thanks to Armaan, Housekeeping head & staff, Rahul & Abhay.
Felt like home & family while speaking with them.
Restaurants - Only 1 bar and 1 restaurant were operational. They are working on further expansion is what i heard.
Activities- not much accept pool & gym. The should add some kid related activities like their brother marriott properties.
Overall - A great refreshing stay cant wait to come back

I would like to call out the outstanding experience I recently had during my stay at your hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the day of my departure, every aspect of my visit exceeded our expectations.
The check-in process was seamless, and the duty manager Swarnava Bhadra provided us with an exceptional welcoming. His warm demeanor set the tone for the entire stay and made us feel at home. He was very attentive and reached out to us throughout the stay to make it comfortable.
We got an upgrade and the room was a haven of comfort and style. Impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities. The attention to detail in the room's design did not go unnoticed.
Despite being centrally located, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The tranquility of the surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable.
The hospitality truly stood out. We on our business trips have stayed in multiple Marriott facilities, internationally and I must say Renaissance service and hospitality outreached many of the other stays. We felt valued.
We had few places in mind to try out the local cuisines, but to our surprise we got all of it at one place in the Lush. The chef Prasad was just exceptional. Back home and I still miss the breakfast.
Like the cherry on the cake, the goodies in the end overjoyed all of us. While having already suggested the place to many of our friends, I would still love to choose Renaissance for my every trip to Bangalore.
