A very different ambience. The chicken dish was so amazing. It had this sauce which was adding an amazing flavor. A very different kind of experience. A must visit
The moment we walked in, there was a fragrance that made us feel welcomed. The lighting is shooting and the decor gorgeous. The food was pretty good too.
Good vegetarian Asian food in Goa... the thai food was amazing...
Amazing taste and great customer service...
The prices are a bit high though...
Excellent service, food and ambience. Must try for anyone visiting Goa. Mind boggling food and the staff is very cooperative. Great service had a very good experience.
Nice cozy ambience and superb chinese food.
It was a rainy night and we had Thai basil curry and chicken manchurian along with Kumar Sanu music.
Just loved the place
Everything was good about this place...food was delicious, portion were sufficient, service on time and ambience was good...must visit if u want to eat chinese
It was January when I visited Goa. This restaurant definitely has the best Asian food ever. Starting with the Dim-sums to Sushi everything was totally worth crushing over.
We had also tried the crispy lotus leaves and in drinks we had sangria in red wine and white wine. Coming to the main course I have been a lover of Thai curry since forever now! The Thai Prawn curry was absolutely delicious with the perfect taste of coconut and extremely light. Last but not the least coming to the desserts, the chocolate fondue and lemon tart has to be my favourites. The presentation and dressing of all the cuisines is worth mentioning as well. If you’re staying in Calangute beach, Goa, you should definitely drop by here.
Nice place near Calangute beach. Good ambiance. They recommend koi khowsuey (a Burmese soup delicacy!-see the pic). It was a never before experience right form the presentation of the soup to the taste. Coconut flavours and aromas of the herbs were perfect, excellent soup, though It can be called a meal in itself 🙂. Staff were courteous and overall experience was excellent. One must go to this place.
Koi is love at first site. As soon as you'll enter, you would be greeted with impeccable interiors and a very beautiful decor. You could choose to sit in the a/c section or outside. I visited Koi a couple of days back on my trip to Goa and I fell in love with the place. The staff here is cheerful and courteous, which just adds to your entire dining experience.
From all the dishes that I tried I'd definitely recommend-
Smoking Dry Chilli Chicken
Crispy Duck Roll
Chicken Dimsums
Veg. Green Thai Curry
Prawn Red Thai Curry
But, it doesn't end here. I believe Koi is very underrated when it comes to desserts. I had 2 desserts here- Lemon Tart & Chocolate Fondant, both were exceptionally delicious. Desserts are must haves in Koi.
Highly recommended
If you are in Goa and looking for a pretty place which also serves pan Asian food then Koi is your place.
I loved the dimsums here but the main course caught me off guard. The Thai curry, rice and noodles were fabulous. For vegetarian, crispy lotus stem and veg spring rolls could be your pick apart from sushi and dimsums. Do enjoy some hookah and sangria too. Chicken lovers like me should try the fried chili chicken .
Do not miss the desserts, the start or chocolate lava could be your pick.
Been there in Goa for 3 days. So, i was in North Goa and visited this very known place and famous for asian fine dine. This place has already won so many awards and their best was to win for best cocktails in 2017.
I was amazed to see how beautiful the place is. Full on asian dining feel. We have tried their few mocktails and one that stand out for me is their 2 mocktails i.e KAFFIR LIME LEMONADE which is made from lemon grass ,kaffir lime leaves and mix soda. So refreshing! Another one was FAUX ROYALE which is made of raspberry, apple juice and mix soda.
The one thing that is their main selling item is Khowsuey. Its a burmese dish soup meal made of egg noodles and chicken with coconut milk. Side by side lemons and egg Noddles and various kind of items was there to select and make your own khowsuey.
Smoking dry chicken was amazing in taste and has that burnt flavor which is too good. Sushis are must to try here whether it's tuna or any other.
To end with , chocolate fondant cake served with ice cream is must to have in dessert. So amazing in taste.
Overall, if you are in north Goa side and lover of asian food. Its must place to go. You will be never disappointed and try their drinks as well.
Craving for Asian food in Goa? Koi Asian Dining is the answer.
What we had:
We started off with Chicken Dumplings & Spinach/Corn Dumplings. Great starters and one the best tasting veg dumpling we have had.
Duck Roll portions filled with crispy shredded duck. This dish was a revelation. It disappeared in a minute.
Honey Chilli Lotus Stem. A crispy delight.
Koi is also known for its sushi. We had the Veg Tempura Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll. Must say it tasted much much better that any of the times we had sushi before. We are big fans of tuna rolls now!!
For mains we had Beef Rendang and Massaman Curry both served with steamed sticky rice. The curry is a must try. It is delightfully creamy. The Beef Rendang was equally tasty.
Coctails were ordered to wash down all the amazing food.
Yours Forever(Strawberry Champagne)
Maruhabaa Mimosa
Fingatini Bellini(Peach Schnapps & Chandon)
Rossini(Raspberry laced Champagne)
Each one of them were spot on.
They have very willing and friendly staff. Asian themed decor to go with the food. People visiting Goa should make it a must visit food destination. We definitely are visiting again.
What you should not miss: Red Wine Strawberry Sangria, Sushi, Khowsuey and Spicy Basil Rice. And their in-house sauces and Kimchi.

Koi is an Asian restaurant in Calangute region of Goa. The restaurant is named Koi (a fish) that holds a sense of prosperity, significance, and a broad spirit of achievement. Their logo also has Koi fused in it.
The entire place gives a vibe of tranquillity with dark shade tones, beautiful Buddha statues, the paintings, and chandeliers juxtaposed together. Koi will tell a lot about the classy taste of the brand.
The hospitality is exceptionally polite and friendly, and the food is worth raving.
Here is how the evening of excellent drinks and great food went off.
Me being a Gooner for wine, so, I called for Frozen Strawberry Red Wine Sangria and a White Wine Sangria. The Red one is their in-house creation with fresh strawberries. My sister tried The Singapore Sling and Alphonso. All the drinks were fantastic and perfectly went with the food we ordered.
Their in-house sauces are just amazing and the Kimchi they serve is delish.
Sushi is my go-to dish whenever I see one on a menu, so we ordered Sushi Platter that included Shitake, Veg. Tempura and Asparagus Roll. When the platter arrived, it looked like an artistic arrangement of pearls put together and framed with a splatter of warm colors. Well, it tasted excellent, and the entire plate was wiped clean in no time.
P.S.: I did try my hands on eating with chopsticks, and I succeeded reasonably.
Koi Khowsuey is a delight to eyes and your taste buds with the Yellow curry, Steamed noodles, and 14 condiments; it’s colorful and flavourful. The curry is subtle in flavor, and the spices along take care of the crunch with the peanuts & Fried onions, fried noodles, fried basil, the udon noodles add a distinctive texture, the leek & coriander gives a freshness and herby flavor. Lemon and Chilli flakes for the extra zest. I am going to miss this one the most. A trip to Goa for this Khowsuey will be a long trip, but trust me it will be worth it.
Hot Crispy Tofu is panko coated tofu pieces mildly flavored with spices served over a bed of dry red chilies. Looked very simple yet turned out to be a great appetizer.
We also tried the Koi Soy Krapow a mock meat version of krapow tossed with garlic, chilly, soy sauce, and basil. Tried this for the first time and it turned out to be delicious and goes well with steamed rice.
Another dish that we cherished is the Spicy Thai Basil Rice.
Well every meal has to end however good it is, so we tried the Molten Chocolate cake with Coconut Icecream and BlackBerries.
Some things stay with you for a long time, a meal at Koi is one such thing. You mostly visit places for either excellent experience or food, but there are very few places that offer you both and Koi, Goa makes it to the list.
While Goa is all about letting yourself loose, relaxed and try to accomplish a state of peace, Koi turns out to be a great spot to do so, all you need to do it order a drink, listen tothe playlist and the rest will be taken care off.
Koi Goa a big Thumbs up to the team.
Well did I forget to mention they are pet-friendly?
At Koi, it gets better with every minute.
Awesome restaurant, my wife kids and I loved the food. Definitely recommend this place. The owner was really nice, came and spoke to us and gave us some recommendations.
Amazing place. A little expensive but the ambience is just perfect. The singers were so soothing. Food tasted amazing too .
Although we searched Google for Korean restaurant, but it isn't a Korean restaurant it's Asian so you won't get proper Korean here.
So, Google to blame for that😅.
Anyways loved the food. Sushi was tightly intact and wine was cheap.😁
Koi never seizes to surprise and cater to the best of your taste buds! Everytime I go here I love the entire culinary experience and crave for more! Will go here everytime I am in Goa!!!
Awesome Chinese culinary and the moment you enter, you get a feeling of calm and peace. Its location is a bit inside and sometimes it become difficult to find, but once you are in, you will love the time. Food is quite quantititive and pricing is reasonable. Tastes good too!!
It's hidden in a small lane but quite bug from inside. Ambiance is good wit nice bar and outside seating.good service and menu (wish they could include dumplings in there also) food taste good and authentic. If you have craving for South East Asian cuisine then this is the place.
Koi is my all time favorite. I come to Goa every year and for the last two years (when I find the restaurant) I take away food parcels from them and everybody say that the food is lipsmacking. Specially the pork belly and five spice roast duck.
Probably the best place to have Chinese in North Goa, when all other restaurants serving poorly cooked and over spiced Noodles in the name of Chinese.
Wonderful Ambience, decoration and perfect for a Romantic dinner.
