We stumbled upon this shack out of pure luck (spur of the moment when you decide to stop walking by the sea and enter one) and I can say that I was quite content with the experience. The taste of food was quite good and a particular drink of Kokum was delightful.
The decor was decent too and the service was prompt. The staff here is quite friendly and efficient.
As far as shacks go, the experience of this place was above average.

Good simple tasty food on the beach. tandoori, fish, veg and non veg. waiters are friendly and very fast. tonight i had a deliciouse fish tika with a fresh salad

I really shouldn’t tell you how amazing this place is because I don’t want it to get too busy but they deserve to have a booming business. Pete and Shanu are running their beloved shack for 30+ years now, been coming here every time we are in Goa. You have to walk a little bit from the main entrance/parking but it’s so worth it. So quiet, no loud parties, no annoying street vendors and just lovely food, drinks and great service. They have wifi and comfortable loungechairs, facilities and just a great view of the quiet beach. Definitely try their stuffed prawn pappad. If there’s one beach shack in Goa I want to last forever, Pete’s shack is it. Don’t miss it if you are in Goa.
Pete's has been a regular haunt of mine for over 10 years now. The area known as Osho beach has remained less developed than most of Candolim beach and Pete's is popular with people of all nationalities. Shanu and her family who run it to such a high standard, also manage to attract some of the best serving staff in all of Goa. It is not the cheapest beach shack, but it is one of the most comfortable, and the range and quality of food available caters to all tastes, although if you like your Indian dishes to carry a little kick, you may want to specify that. The shack is deservedly popular and can be busy at peak times in the high season. At sunset people also congregate near the water to dance to the beat of the djembe drums.

Located in the quiet section of Candolim Beach, they offer a good menu selection.
The service can be extremely low unfortunately. To the point where one wonders if their order was forgotten. So one must not be in a rush. They don't forget, they simply take their time.

Really greaat food and ambience. The owner is super nice and food was super tasty. Would recommend to go for the English breakfast. The sausages and bacon is really high quality and so is there entire spread of items
This was our favorite place to sit, relax, eat and enjoy the sea view. Food is delicious. People love their cappuccino. Spinach and musroom omlete, fried pomfret, juices, chickoo shake, naan and all egg preparations are very tasty. Service is fast.
You can sit here all day eating and playing games and enjoying the Seaview. Best place to enjoy the sunset ❤
