We had our dinner here with the eazydiner. They provide very good discount through eazydiner app. The food served was delicious and we enjoyed our dinner there. Drinks were also very good like cocktails and mocktails. Amazing experience. Prices are nominal seriously. If you need the menu for the restaurant you will find the qr code in one of the pics.
Ambience at MOSAIC was Pleasant,relaxing & calm. We two had a lunch over there. We had been attended by Miss DIPTI, She served us kindly,politely,promptly,quickly & most importantly very warmly. All staff was very cooperative. Hotel is having classic style.It's maintained neat & clean. Food was delicious, fresh & presented attractively. Cost is most reasonable for taste, service & ambience.

Even though there are limited number of items available in buffet compared to others, The taste and the hospitality of the staff was excellent!
I Just walked in without booking room over there on my son's Birthday week, we mock like cutting cake on the desert provided,
On watching this Mis.Deepthi(I hear like that) came with a plate of cake mentioned Happy Birthday 🎉🎈 ... That's wonderful feel and surprise for my kid.. He enjoyed it a lot. The ambience is also good.

We ate breakfast for 2 days consecutively at the mosaic. They had a huge variety for breakfast from South Indian to continental Omelettes made to order fruits breads etc. Service was great . Shout out to Prasenjit and the other manager who looked after al the guests extremely well
Mosaic restaurant at Country Inn & Suites is an amazing place to enjoy a leisurely meal. Ambience,Decor, and space is beautiful. Served well by Prasanta and Sajal. Chef Bidyut Saha needs a special mention as every dish curated well and excellence. Words cannot justify the food quality and taste. Each of us of seven loved every dish we ate. Yummy, tasty and delicious. Dal palak is a must try. Thank you Mosaic team.
We apprehensively visited Mosaic for a buffet dinner after reading negative reviews and seeing low ratings on many platforms.
However, our experience with the food, ambience and service was otherwise. We quite enjoyed the buffet spread put before us. There was a live paneer chilla counter, a few local Goan food options, 4-5 desserts and the usual soups, salads, sabji roti, Chinese, Pasta etc. They even served us Corn cheese balls at our table. The staff were quite helpful as well.
It may not be the best buffet spread one may have eaten but it's definitely not bad and quite value for money (more so with the Zomato pro option) especially for those who want to have a hearty meal.
We had buffet dinner with my 2ife and daughter today. Food is very nice, cool ambience, and staff is courteous. Rates are reasonable as compared to other restaurants nearby and food is much better than these other restaurants.
They have a different take on our national dish butter chicken 🤪but it was surprisingly very delicious and I highly recommend to try it.
Caramel custard is also good
However for breakfast they should try and bring in more variety and have items like breakfast muffins / doughnuts and keep fresh juices instead of canned. Amar from their team is very kind and had a polite approach to everything , he would constantly take feedbacks from all.

Had been at their restaurant for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The seafood starter suggested by Soumyadeep was amazing. Zomato Pro benefits are applicable too. Definitely worth a try!
