Ambiece of the bistro bar is clasy and romantic. Simple and elegant bird cages, yellow lighting, white drapes, candle lit chandeliers and cool breeze made this place more beautiful.
As we walked towards the restaurant, we saw a live band playing latin american tunes and pople were enjoying their time, Luckly we got a corner table adjoining the fields, the panoramic view from this place is amazing
Now the time has come to start with exotic cocktails and starters we had during the visit. First I tried vodka-based cocktail, the sweet signature cocktail of Vero Cibo, and then a Beer cocktail. Some chicken / lamb starters, bruschetta and burgers.
After I was done with drinks and starters, I was off to the outdoor brunch spread. I served myself some salad and few other healthy foods. The food was fresh, light and delicious.
After finishing my healthy and tasty meal, I saw a beautifully displayed dessert cabinet within the restaurant “Being a Punjabi desserts are my weakness” so I jumped towards that cabinet and tried pastries and ice creams. Special mention for “Tiramisu Lollypop” worth trying!
With this my visit to the restaurant came to an end. I enjoyed delicious food with wonderful ambience and great service.

Ambience is beautiful, interiors are done keeping in mind the theme of the restaurant. Greenery all around. Serene environment with tasteful music.
We ordered- Sangria & Bloody Mary, both of them were done perfectly.
Drinks were accompanied with mini Beetroot canopy appetiser & basket of foccacia bread, bread sticks with warm tomato salsa. All of it tasted fresh & good.
Starters we called for spanish grilled vegetables with fried cotolleta, wonderfully flavourful and cooked well and Evenly seasoned. Came with corn cob and sour cream on sides.
Main course- Pork ribs - came with fresh salad with pickle olive dressing. Ribs were delicious, except on the oily side. Overall taste was good.
Pricing was reasonable. Staff friendly.
Will definitely visit again.

what a place to be just brilliant set around the paddy feilds its just so romantic amazing food and brilliant wine collextion ....novotel and vero cibo rocks
Great food, wonderful atmosphere and decor, friendly and helpful staff... (like Ramesh!) all in an open air and warm breezy environment overlooking the paddy fields. Loving our 2nd banoffee pie (right now!) :)
