The influx of music and great ambiance adds to the beauty of any place; it lets any place look regal, when a place makes the right decision in terms of drinks, food, interiors and music. That is when your mind starts believing that it's at the right place. The same happened with me as soon as I entered the regal and beautiful Farzi Cafe! The place was a literal bomb! It felt as if it was blowing up with music, great food and drinks which were enough to call you back anytime you thought about leaving the place. Starting with the ambiance, the second you enter it, it looks like a pretty luxurious and everything shone like a pretty diamond. And it had to, after all it was its opening party! The music and the atmosphere got to me and started making a non dancer like me move his shoulders. It was fun and groovy. The DJ did a good job of keeping the audience on it's toes with some great music. Food that was offered was..... Oh wait.... I had a list here.... Ummm.... Ya! Here it is! Ahem ahem. *Dal Chawal Arancini, achar papad & chutney *Tempered Palak paneer quesadillas *Mushroom khurchan kulcha *Amritsari fish and chips, desi ghee hollandaise *bhatti ka murgh, brown onion raita *lahori chicken, tempered yoghurt *black sesame chicken tikka *thai curry paneer tikka, samba mayo *guntur chilly chicken *chicken wings, peri peri glaze *keema kulcha, mini jalapeño raita *tempura fried prawns,nimboo mirchi air foam *chicken change I quesadillas *butter chicken, green chilli mayo *classic margarita pizza *four cheese garlic pizza *tadka snow pea,asparagus and cherry tomatoes pizza *chicken barrage and spiced cheese *C.T.M. chicken tikka masala, Cornish cruncher naan *Herb crusted,paneer tikka SAN Mariano Makhni *summer Vegetable kofta,croquettes Banarsi Pukhtan curry *bathua sarson ka saag, makai mooli pide * mutton irachi pepper fry, malabari parantha Dead. The food is beautiful. I wanted to write about all of them but it would not make sense coz everything was delicious and felt like tears of happiness falling from the high clouds of heaven. *parle g cheese cake, milk custard, cookie dough essence Ras malai tres leches, carrot cream, rose petal and Dirt pile The desserts as you can read above were supposed to be crazy good but were average at best. The food department however did not disappoint minus the desserts. The thought of how they were able to constantly bring good food is elusive to me. But then the drinks made me realize the truth. Drinks Mocktails Farzi ok Litchi panna desire Italian smooch Grenny mint royal Date me So I go to cafes and enjoy the cocktails more than the mocktails..... However, this time, although the cocktails are supposed to be spiked well, were as good as the mocktails. They specially made sure that the drinks were to be enjoyed equally between the drinking and non drinking population of Chandigarh. Cocktails Chuski margarita Chai paani Farzi idea Bang Bang Farzi Apple Foamintini Long Island Ice tea Three Musketeer Banta kalajamun Shikanjvi Naarangi Aam papad Bottle ka Gin (skull) Yup those were the cocktails! They were a blast and I enjoyed every sip of it. It's a great place to hangout honestly! Your weekends can be well spent here. I promise.

Finally after much anticipation, Farzi cafe launched in Chandigarh. The launch party was absolutely lit. Amazing interiors, launch drinks and uncountable humans. Haven't tried much of the food though but the place is good for hangouts and parties.
