Especially the owner uncle who sits there talks to you very kindly and if you did not like the meal they will apologize and make sure that if you come next time then they will make the order perfect. My favourite dish is their parotta and dragon chicken. It's the best restaurant in kadavanthra....

Great place for affordable " comfort food". With a hands on owner Mr Thomas. Do try their atta Porotta and chilly beef dry. You will never go wrong with that. It is a no frills restaurant that serves good food.
I tried food from many joints in Kadavanthara but the quality of food at JJ's is the best. Food is cooked after order only hence we get it hot and fresh. The proprietor is very nice person and make sure that quality is consistent.Will recommend surely.

I haven been to the restaurant so can't judge the ambience &comfort of the restaurant but so far we are Happy ,Delighted Customers as we take parcels from JJ home delivery orders most of the days
I came to know about this restaurant thru a friend of mine who have told me they order Parotta &Chilly Beef every Sunday especially home delivery from JJ and for a decade my friend and family used to get this menu for 20ppl on Sunday from this restaurant

Phulka and beef is excellent. Serving attitude not upto marks. A good non-veg place. Meals are not worth to try. Pepper chicken dry is gud. A lil expensive one.
Its a hotel owned by my friend, classic Kerala cuisine with that hint of Chinese . Affordable,value for money and quantity for money which is a rare attribute for restaurant of such to have .
I remember this place from my growing up years. Mr. Thomas literally took his very small joint to decent restaurant today. I have might tried every other dish that he has to offer from his non-veg section. This is one of the oldest restaurants in Kadavanthara that I still get food from.Being a beef fan, I have always relied on him for his beef roast.Beef roast with Parotta, he never goes wrong there.
Liked :
Decent interior, well mannered staff, clean, tasty noodles and very hot water.
Disliked :
Cracked glass tumbler, song selection, spacing between sofa and table.
Conclusion :
A pretty decent place to have food which falls under a medium (or maybe medium-high) budget.
Great kottayam flavour food. Especially famous for their biriyani. They do home delivery also. They used to offer meals but not now. Regular customers can start an account and settle monthly.Non ac restaurant. Consistent quality and value for money.

Good food.. The porottas you get here are always fresh and hot from the 'thattu'.. The quantity is also good.. I feel they could up the cleanliness a bit..
