The place was nice, the service was also good and the waiters were very friendly and calm to take the orders.
However, the food wasn't so great in terms of the taste, quantity, and quality with the price. The quality of the food can be better. I'm giving this review only with the mindset of enjoying the Hyderabadi dishes as they aren't up to the standards of Hyderabadi touch. Otherwise, the food can be enjoyed by anyone who likes the food to be low spicy and not rich in flavors.
Taste of the Food is super except soups, especially the non veg starters extraordinary.

Age old trusted place for moghlai food. Quantities have decreased like hell. We all started laughing when we saw the mutton roghanjosh serving dish.
Proces are not less so please look into the gravy. We had gone to mehfill for some dripping salan experience. Taste was great but we left wanting for more. Garlic naan was good.
Ghazal singer has changed. Quite a lethargic approach I must say. Needs attention.

The service was quite professional. The service time was usual 15-20 minutes. The food was well decorated in the service plates. The staff knows very well how to serve each item.

The place is themed upon Live music in the evening. During lunch time, ghazal CD is played. Walls are well decorated as per the theme.

Live music was there on my first visit, there was no live music during my 2nd visit.
The seats and walls are too old.
Very few veg starter options.
Ambience is good with music, service is good. Menu is good , but Food is ok ok., biryani could be better found outside.
Good ambience..but bit expensive and due to less staffing the orders were served late .... hope they look into these things and improve the service .... rates should be reduced so that people can come again... Visited again on 13th August 2022 ... Food is awesome 👌 but drinks cost is very high

Prabhu, the manager was really friendly and helpful. He made sure the food will be cooked in the wanted.
It was a very good restaurant the quality of food is very nice not like other hotels poor masalas...,if we come with friends, loved ones or family it is a good option but prices are little bit high...but overall it is perfect.
