One of the better McDonald’s in the city for several reasons.
+ The self-order kiosks actually work at this outlet (unlike most other outlets). Moreover, the staff encourage you to use them when you enter the store. It’s great to see them driving adoption of this new tool.
+ There’s is plenty of seating (spread across two floors).
+ They are smart with their ketchup sachet disbursement. With two meals, we were given two sachets (unlike other stores which blindly dump ten sachets onto the tray). We required more and were offered a handful of sachets almost immediately. It’s good to see them reduce waste by not overloading the tray with too much ketchup.
+ There is a separate section at the back (out of view of seating area) of the outlet for Zomato/Swiggy pickups. This ensures that the seating atmosphere is peaceful and prevents crowding.
On the whole, had a great experience.

taste is good.
but funny thing is they always insist to go for Kiosk/machine ordering but not at counter. Bad experience with the machine is, unable to browse easily, unusual menu list , if no rush, better allow to order at the counter.
Generally staff is helpful, especially when they get to known you...
Everything is good. It would be better if the costs were lower.
Good place to have a quick bite! Place is maintained really neat and tidy plus has enough seating capacity, both on level 1 and level 2.

Very friendly staff and also great prices .we had combo pack of burger and drink for 89.also there were balloons for kids which really kids will feel comfortable and have some fun .also the closing timings is by 9
30 it will be closed. Mr kiran staff at city centre mall store was friendly and had an exceptional customer service experience
