FoodKlicks at Southern Fried Chicken #FriedChiken #PiriPiri #FreshChicken Always wanted to have an alternative for KFC but only small local options where available who were not able to match the quantity. A few days back went to SFC a brand from the UK. The place is pretty big and welcome. The USP of the place is that they use fresh chicken and not the frozen ones. We started with the Fried Chicken and fries. As claimed The freshness of the chicken was pretty evident from the first bite itself, the chicken was really tender and juicy, unlike the white fibrous chicken I used to get in KFC. When ordering this, ask for their in-house sauce which goes really well with this. The fries were also very good. After this we ordered, Lemon Herb Piri Piri Chicken, very subtle flavors of lemon and herbs accompanied by the mild kick of Piri Piri made it my favorite. The Piri Piri chicken had three levels Normal Piri Piri, Medium Piri Piri and Extra Piri Piri, talking about Hyderabadi palate and me also the hotness level was pretty low which needs to increase, but the flavors were on point and the chicken in itself was fantastic. The Veggie Fingers were good. Overall I enjoyed the chicken here and would prefer this anytime over KFC, the freshness and the juiciness of the chicken was just too good. It's really good and better teast than KFC
