In love with this one. Andhra cuisine at it's best. Apicy food lovers are gonna have a gala time. Service is quick. I particularly liked the combos.
Bagaara Rice with khatti dal and Andhra chicken curry. Could all rave only about khatti dal, it's that good. A must try. Also had Gaare with chicken curry. This was nice too. Went around the second time and ordered the same combo, somehow the curry tasted and looked different. Upon request, they sorted it. If not it was a 5. Those little kondapalli bommalu at entrance are a delight . Btw the pickles here are awesome. There's a whole cart for it
We had an awesome dining experience. We had ordered:
1) Telangana Kodi kuda (Telangana style chicken curry served with plain dosas)
2) Bheja fry
We loved everything about this place: food, taste, ambiance and most importantly courteous staff. We had a bit of Andhra on our plates: -)
So, we usually place whatever we would want to have at beginning only (we hate waiting for our food). Since it was a Sunday night and packed with customers, the restaurant had delayed our food. But even before we could complain about our order taking time, the management especially this particular person by name Poorna made sure that something or the other kept sitting on our plates. Right from serving us fries, to green salad to even chicken tikka! All of these were compliments.
What more, we were even served 2 bowls of 4 tiny balls of gulab jamuns as complimentary.
Another commendable point I'd want to make is that they stuck to our request of preparing the dishes less spicy to suit people like us who are non-andhras.
Good food and pleasant place to relax. The service is good.
