Post seeing the reviews earlier even thought of sharing my Experience as well. I had a Brain Stroke in the year 2018 November due to high blood pressure and was diagnosed at Global Hospital Hyderabad, post which they have advised to-do regular Physiotherapy. (Hemiplegia to my Right Side) From then on I went to numerous physiotherapy center’s in Hyderabad and was not satisfied with physio sessions elsewhere. Then one of our close relative recommended me to try at Andhra Mahila Sabha Durgabai Deshmukh Hospital as it is nearby home. Initially I was bit skeptical as it is a Govt Hospital but when I first met Mr. Jeevan (rating:5) he understood my problem in detail by seeing my reports and suggested me to do a regular Physiotherapy to come back to normalcy. I SHOULD TELL, HE HAS GOT MUCH PATIENCE, MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE in terms of Physiotherapy and courteous too. (He puts himself in customer’s shoe & feels the pain what a patient is facing). There he has assigned me to a TRAINEE PHYSIOTHEREPIST- BPT (Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy) who will assist me to do a regular 90mins session every day in a particular given time slot as per there availability. But to my surprise in those 90mins of session he/she will never be there with patient to give any inputs as how to do & what to do in the form of exercise but later at last 20mins they will come again to give stimulations. I have complained this many times to the available staff but there is lack of response. But, some are at par with excellence who treated me in course of time and to name a few I currently remember a name and would say Ms. Bhavana who is currently doing her MPT i.e. Masters in Physiotherapy, she’s courteous, encourages & motivates too, and if she doesn’t know how to diagnose the issue she will not hesitate to take the help of lectures as how to treat the particular problem. Later, I came to know there is an individual/separate department’s for each therapies such as Cardio, Neuro, Ortho, Etc and they will have particular physiotherapy students. I’m going to physiotherapy sessions since mid-2019 till date, still continuing and will go till my recovery. But one thing I should tell you guys that some physiotherapy students are not up to the mark as expected. Later, I’ve decided to join THERAUPATIC GYM in the year 2020 which is next to the Physiotherapy Dept. There I met Mr. Gangadhar Gaddam, (rating:5) who is a thorough professional in terms of explaining the problem and right diagnosis, has a in depth knowledge in physiotherapy. There he not only guides us but he boosts our moral & confidence that we can do. The atmosphere is calm, we can do exercise from 4pm to 8pm if required without any disturbance and chaos, we can do meditation, pranayam etc. I suggest the management to do some repairing of roof and where ever necessary of equipment’s to be repaired. I also suggest to put some motivational quotes on walls as it is a THERAUPATIC GYM to boost our moral. Overall, I should say had a worst experience with some of their respective students and good experience/rapport with the lectures and in terms of their courteous behavior & physiotherapy knowledge. I wish the management to sensitize these issues with the respective students, as how to behave with patients, how to diagnose the problems facing by patients, treat them and to be courteous. Well, at the end I should say I’m satisfied & Wish them all a Good Luck, PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2022 & successive years coming ahead. On a lighter note, texted this message with my left hand.
