The most crowded Starbucks in Kochi is this one. Even then, the service is good, offering the greatest hot chocolate and coffee in the area. We choose a frappe with crushed cookies and hot cocoa. As usual, the hot chocolate had a fantastic flavor. The monsoon special drink frappe, however, was simply mediocre. The staff was really welcoming and took our picture by approaching us.
The place is good . Since its within lulu mall the parking is in plenty. Yes you will have to cross the hurdle of traffic block to reach here. The wait to get your order is a bit high which was quite disappointing. But the order when served was good. But the second order was not served even after the same was ready and was waiting for someone to call out the names which no one did until asked was that my order.
Since there was a huge crowd this can be understandable. The food the quantity and the attitude of staff are top and was very good.
I personally feels that Starbucks are overrated. Yeah I agree it was tasty but not price worthy. It’s luxurious. If you are looking for coffee in low budget I will never ever suggest Starbucks. But if u wanna experience the brand then u should. I’ve tried their choco chip and caramel Frappuccino, I liked caramel more than chocochip. Because I don’t like dark chocolate intense taste. 💯❤️
Visited the place last year in December. It was heavily crowded and had a wait in a queue to bill the order. It's all about experiencing a brand nothing else.

After a long break we have visited the Starbucks, nice deco,cool staffs , clean place and more over tasty beverages. Kids loved the chocolate clair and butter croissant. Sb milkshake awsome and as usual coffee.

First time I went to the Starbucks and it was really a great experience as their service was great, from my perception it is not only having names but also stolen the heart of customers through their service and warm welcome. And of course, this makes me feel that I will be their customer forever.
Super experience but very costly American brand. Worth experiencing if you hav deep pockets. Good for meetings as they hav underneath charging points under hightable.

Full marks for customer friendliness. The staff are super courteous. In starbucks its not just a coffee-bill relationship. It's kind of holistic !!. Free tastings, unlimited sipping away of coffee and time, all possible at here. The quality of food is just top notch. 👌🏼❤️

There was only take away after 7pm at Lulu , so we did car dining in the basement 😅.
